The Bet

So I'm at school in the parking lot with corbyn. Schools already over so we're about to go skateboarding....but actually we're going to spray paint some walls or something idk.

We're setting her and the soccer team just started practice. I know Zach Herron is on the team. Who doesn't honestly he's the MVP and everyone knows it.

He's the good kid. He makes good grades. He is the perfect family. He has all the girls after him.

And I'm the gay kid. That makes passable grades. My family life is average. And I'm single 24/7.

"Jack" corbyn says patting my shoulder

"Yeah corbs" I ask

"Wanna make a bet" he asks me

"It depends on what" I say

"That you can't get in Zach Herrons pants before the end of the year" he says with a smirk

"Dude he's the straightest kid in school. Not to mention we never talk" I say

"The straight perfect kids are always the closeted gays" Jonah says walking up to us

"And how do you know that" corbyn asks

"Because it's common sense Corbyn" Jonah says

"Okay fine. I'll do the bet 25$" I say

"Alright 25$ it is" corbyn says

"Wait I wanna be in on it too" Jonah says

"Fine" i say and we Shake on it.

I told corbyn I would wait on Zach to leave practice so I can 'talk' to him. And he and Jonah said 'ok' and left.

Sometimes I think they have something going on but then I remember that corbyn kind of likes Daniel.

Ugh dorbyn I ship it tbh.

But jachary would be cool to.

Wait no.

I didn't say that.

So Zach's practice just ended. I ran up to him skateboard in hand.

"Hey" I say and he looks at me weird

"Um hi. What do you want jack" he says wow he knows who I am.

"Just wanted to see if you are doing anything" I say with a smile

"No. But why would you want to know" he asks

"Maybe we can hang out. If it's okay with you that is" I say

"Nah. I don't really like hanging out with dick heads" he says

"Dick head. I have you know that I'm a kind nice person thank you" i say and he laughs

"I was messing with you. But sure I can give you my number. I'm not hanging out with someone I just met even if I know of you already" he says and I smirk

"Alright that's fine too. Cause now I can talk to you anytime so we can hang out" I say and we switch phones

I walked with him back home considering we live near eachother. Like 5 minutes away.

After he got to his house I called corbyn to meet me at my house.

Him and Jonah are on their way.

"So Jack" Jonah says

"I got his number" I say and they laugh

"That's a start" corbyn says

Afterwards we ate some pizza and they went home

Time to start talking to Zach.
