The sun arose from the depths and turned darkness to light. As the sun hits my eyes, opening them slowly as I hear the whoosh of air and the cursing of a man. I slowly got up to see what was happening, I walk into the living room to see a well dressed man practicing magic, he turns around and smiles at me.
"Good morning Alexander good to see your awake now." He said walking over to me. "Good morning Magnus." Smiling and giving him a soft sleepy kiss. We part slowly as Magnus walks back to the table near the fireplace, which was already roaring.
"So I was just thinking about something that I think would interest you very much Alexander." Flashing me a smile that seemed to sparkle. "And were you thinking Magnus?" I looked at him with wonder in my eyes as I sat down on the sofa. I watched him open the drawer of the table and stand there a moment just looking at it then turn on his heel and walk over to me with his hands behind his back as if he was hiding something.
"Alexander my father has invited me to an event and have requested to bring you as my plus one." Handing me the invitation. "Wait your father Asmodues want to me meet me, I'm not sure how I feel about this, I mean he's the Prince Of Hell and I'm a Shadowhunter, I'm pretty sure it won't go well." Standing up in rush motion. "I understand that Alexander, but I sure he'll be on his best behavior, well I do hope" smiling but I could sense worry in his eyes.
I storm off out of the apartment and to the Institute. How could Magnus do this I mean he knows that Shadowhunters don't get along with demons, well full demons anyway. But still I can't believe this! Alec calm down remember what Magnus said when your get angry, just breathe and count to 10. 1..2...3....4....5 ok now I'm calm. I make it to the Institute and I walk in.
"There you are! Come on theres a mission." Izzy rushing to me careful not to fall in her heels. "Well good morning to you too sis, What's going on? Where's the others?" "There's a demon killing people once again you know the usual and the others are on their way" as Simon walks in and joins the conversation. "Izzy there you are, are you okay I got your text." "Simon I'm fine, but there's demons killing again" Izzy said while walking over to open the weapon vault. I grab my bow and arrows as Jace and Clary walk in and grab their weapons.
