Need to hide...
Julia covered her mouth to avoid dust from entering while she crawled on the dirty floor. She stifled a scream as a few chairs flew in her direction. She hurried her pace, knowing the thing behind her is advancing towards her. She found a table with the cloth covering half of it's side and hid. Her breathing quickened, her hand still on her mouth to make less noise. The crashes of tables and chairs stopped, leaving only the sound of her breathing. A few strands of her brown hair fell on her face as she steadied her breathing, the blood from her bleeding eye dripped on her shirt. She looked back into the pitch black room and didn't see a thing. She was about to breath out a sigh when something looked down, meeting her eye. She held her breath as the thing's eye spun around, searching...

Welcome to Calm Springs!
Heather smiled at the sign as she drove pass it. It had been years since she last been in this small town, the last memory she had of this place was when she was 12. Now, being a 25 year old woman, 13 full years had passed. Her life here was good. Great town, great family, great... friends... Her smile wavered. She felt anxiety building up in her, remembering all of her friends. She muttered their names under her breath to make sure she remembered them. Julia, Kyran, Yuuka, Hana, Danial, Alex, Isaac, Mary and Keita. She managed a small smile and continued driving towards a diner. She pulled to a stop, reaching the diner. She checked herself in the rearview mirror. Strands of brown hair stuck out everywhere. She sighed and pulled out a comb and brushed it. She then pulled out a two cyan scrunchies and tied her hair into low twintails. Taking a deep breath, she walked out of her car, locked it and looked up toward the building. The diner looked generic. Its wall, which used to be painted beige, has now faded with age. Graffiti painted the wall near the left. The pasted red roof had one or two planks covering the holes on it. The sign, which probably once said 'Tantalizing Delights' is now missing a few letters. The clock near it pointed at 10:45. She walked towards the diner and pushed the door open. The inside also looked generic. The counter had a few customers, eating. The sound of dishes clanking on each other, water running and people's chatter echoed the room. The booths seemed empty except for one near the back which has a black haired girl's head poking out. She waved and walked over. The girl, who had her head poking out, hugged Heather, the smell of lavender poked her nose. "Hey, Yuuka..." the brunette said and stroked the other's hair. The ravenette had her hair in a ponytail, which rested on her shoulder. She wore a grey sweater and a pastel grey skirt, coupled with white socks and black shoes. She gave a huge grin and sat down. She pat the seat next to her, gesturing Heather to sit. Heather sat and took a cookie on the table. Another brunette sat at the opposite side of the booth, near the window. Her hair was left loose and the top of her hair had braids on her side tied into a ponytail with a white ribbon. She wore a pastel brown jacket and dark blue jeans. The person next to her was a male. He had black hair and a streak of green at his bangs, he also had dark red eyes with maroon glasses hung infront of his eyes. He had on a white swim jacket with light blue stripes over a pastel grey shirt along with a pair of slacks. A bright red whistle hung at his neck along with a pair of black goggles. "So, how are you all?" Heather said as she sat down at the table. "Fine." Yuuka replied and munched on more cookies. Heather gave a soft smile. 'Yuuka is the same as ever...' she thought and giggled. She sat back into her seat, almost sinking into the red chair. A memory flashed in her head.
She sat down on the grass with a piece of metal in her hand. She looked out towards the building across the street. The painting has officially fade away, vines grew at its walls, bushes grew wild around the building. Its roof is now also gone due to its old structure. She stared at it for what seemed like minutes. She was fascinated by the building and is very much curious how its still standing and what is in that place. "Heather?" she heard her father call out to her.
