"PLEASE TELL US, MR. MIN!" The students were all in an uproar the moment Yoongi had mentioned about a certain love life of his that accidentally slipped past his mouth while explaining how to compose lyrics. With a deep flush of red, he exclaimed, "Hey, stop that!"

The fits of giggles and laughter erupted from his students, as one from the back pleaded. "Please, sir! Tell us about the one who inspired you to write such songs like that."

Yoongi seemed hesitant, exhaustion written on his very features as the thought of his students paining him this way was torture enough. He prayed for the bell to ring, whilst he subtly scanned for the time. Thankfully, it was almost past 3:15 in the afternoon, and he could finally escape the little devils he calls his students.

"Early dismissal." Was all that slipped out of Yoongi's mouth when the latter awaited his reply. Sounds of disapproval and more pleads arose from the room, while the music teacher himself proceeded to grab his laptop and stormed right out of the havoc with a sigh.

He passed by Jeongguk along the way, his smiles showing teeth and his bunny eyes sparkling in amusement and joy. He was their class advisor, as well as their singing coach. He was also Yoongi's boyfriend, the man who inspired him to write such songs like what his students said.

Their relationship was to be kept a secret from the rest, however. It seemed as some of the mass hadn't really had the comfort of seeing their relationship out in the open, that was why Yoongi didn't even bother to tell his students the tale.

"Mr. Jeon." Yoongi bobbed his head at the beaming young adult, while the latter returned the greeting. "Mr. Min. It seems that my students have discovered something because of you?" Cocking an eyebrow, Jeongguk glanced over at his students with a look of fondness.

"They discovered nothing, and quit the formalities. It makes me cringe." Yoongi rolled his eyes, while Jeongguk only smiled brighter, sending his heartstrings to tug vigorously as he looked. "Fine. See you back home."

Jeongguk walked off after that, giving Yoongi just a few seconds to stare at his direction, at him. Since when was the last time he's ever been this in love? He could really recall that first time when he was a graduate in the university, and Jeongguk a first year.

Boy, that was the very first time he felt so much in love.

He was walking home from school on a usual Thursday afternoon, bag heavy with small equipment, and his earphones blasting music on his ears. It seemed like a long day for Yoongi, and he sincerely begged for something interesting to happen.

That was when he passed by the bench, and caught his attention towards a teenager, probably four or three years younger than him, sitting with his posture straight, books placed neatly on top of his thighs, and a face that contorted pure madness and a mouth that spoke too much of something.

"I'm just a fucking first year, and yet they provide me with a lot of things? What kind of discrimination is this--no, not that word, sorcery! They think that they can ruin me and my fucking future career, fuck them."

Pretty much what he heard from afar.

He looked at the only sandwich he had for dinner, then at the teen, who seemed terribly skinny for his age, but terribly handsome for his liking. A blink. Another blink. The next thing Yoongi knew, he was already walking straight towards the boy, social anxiety likewise.

"Hi--uh, excuse me." His voice came out raspy and coarse, making him twitch at just how goddamn terrible he sounds. Yet, the teen stopped his rambling and looked up, bunny eyes wide with a sparkle of curiosity and pure shock.

The teen covered his mouth, looking everywhere in pure embarrassment. "D-Did I rant too loud? Were you on the other side of the street?"

"No, but you were noticeable. May I?" Yoongi gestured towards the empty seat next to him, while the teen nodded silently. The moment he came in contact with the bench, he couldn't help but groan in delight, finally seeking comfort of the concrete on his entire back.

Then, he hears a snort. "Grandpa." Yoongi could hear the teen chuckling in amusement of what he had just done, while the matter just really ticked him off that he spat, "Hey, you don't know what fourth year's like, dumbass. It's way more horrible and there are a lot more to suffer than freshmen."

The way the teen's face crunched back into sadness, it struck Yoongi hard in the chest. He really didn't mean to suddenly ruin the mood, as what he has observed these past few years. This is why he never had that much friends, and he hates that.

"Sorry. I just wanted to share you a bit of what's going on in my life as well. Putting myself in your shoes. It's called empathy." The more he tried to reason out, the more the teen's smile slowly began to grow back. Yoongi didn't know if it was just the walk he was just doing, but his heart began beating faster than expected.

"Ah, here. You must be starving, and I suggest that you eat up. You're too skinny." The fourth year fished out for his BLT sandwich from his bag, and lent it towards the teen. "Wha--but what about you?"

"I can manage." Yoongi finally stood after packing his belongings, slinging his backpack over his right shoulder. "I'm sorry if I didn't do much of the talking, but I hope just me being around helped you feel just a little better. Just live through it, alright? It'll be all worth it in the end."

With a glint of hope and inspiration, the younger stood on his two feet, and did a small bow at Yoongi. "T-Thank you for keeping me company...?"

"Yoongi." He casually says, bringing a small smile as the younger lets out a small 'ah'. "Jeongguk." He returned the name greeting, all covered up with a shy grin and lots of bowing that Yoongi found extremely cute up until this day.

"Here." Yoongi gave a piece of paper, along with the sandwich that was supposedly his dinner. "That's my number. If you have any troubles, just call me. I'll always be there to listen. At least we're acquainted at this point, so no worries." He ends with a wink and a supportive pat as he leaves Jeongguk on the bench, face beaming because of the sandwich, and because he's gained a new somebody.

And that is why when Yoongi was working on a song, he half-expected a phone call from the same man who up to this day, calls him out of trouble or out of boredom. From time to time, the two became friends, and after four years of talking and talking, they began the dating.

That's where Yoongi is now, and he couldn't help but ponder back at those times where they'd laugh till the sun rose, cried till the night fell, did duets till it was just the two of them left in the room, exchanged words of sweet nothings when they were in that senti moment.

Zzz! A ringtone rang, snapping Yoongi out of his thoughts and gathered his confusion. He grabbed for his phone, and saw that Jeongguk was calling him when he was literally just right across the couch.

"What?" Yoongi mouthed, while Jeongguk only nudged his head as a sign to answer the call. Hesitantly, he answered it, and began with, "Hello?"

"I love you." His honey-laced, sincere tone filled his ears like it were a sonata for only him. He stared up at his eyes, which were filled with so much love, and a sweet smile that Yoongi remembered so many times.

He lowered the rest of his headphones, where scraps and elements of his music has been playing, as he only looked at Jeongguk, who had his tables filled with papers to check and work to be done. With a scoff, and with the same fond eyes, Yoongi replied, "I love you too."
