Dream catcher

"ELLY! Peter is here!" i was busy looking at my reflection, and thinking if my outfit is too simple for our date or should i change it to more girly dress . while mom knocked to my room.

"honey ?"  First,she look at my plain straight hair , then my favorite Vneck white shirt, high waist black short and lastly to my brown boots.

"should i change mom ? do you think he'll appreciate me if i wear some pretty dress?" i don't know what to do. i sigh.

"no, honey" she smiled. then she reach for my hair and comb it " you look great, you don't need  everyone to appreciate you by wearing pretty dress . It's all on you, even you wear the simplest dress you have if you show who you truly are , every one will love you." then she met my eyes. "now, are you done? "i nod and smile , "then lets go".

 grabbing my baseball cap and belt bag to complete my outfit. 

Now i see him,sitting on our couch , my heartbeat is  fast. He look up and when he saw me, he stand and wait for me .

"Hi Elly , you look great!" he smiled and wave at me. 

i shyly wave at him too" hi peter,t-thankyou, you too".

We bid goodbye to mom and get ready with our bike, our first stop is at grocery to buy some food for our date today.

"I really didn't know that you will come with me today " i smiled"why?" 

he laugh,"because you look like a good girl who wants to stay at home in weekends than to have a date with a boy " then he laugh again.

if he only knows , that it is a dream come true for me , to be with him today. i just only shake my head and laugh with him

we reached the grocery store and i'm the one who picked our food and drinks then he paid for it,--i don't have a choice because he insisted. after that,  he brought a flower to the next store which is flower shop. while i'm waiting for him.

after that, he's not talking we just continue to pedalled along the road.then we enter a private cemetery, confused , but i didn't pursue to ask him.

then we stop.he look at me and smile and hold my hand, put the flower on the tomb and as i read the name, he talk. and my heart skipped a beat

"hey ma! i know this is not the date you tell me to do when i finally met the girl i dreamed for, but ma,as i promised , i want you to meet her first before the whole world does. she's Elly ma, the girl i have crush on before, now i like to know more of her and to love her for the rest of my life. "

its indeed dream came true.
