The room was dark and cold. Maggie sat on the shelf, looking around the room. There were two other dolls on the shelf but they were still lifeless. Maggie stared crawling to the doll dressed in a pink dress and lightly tapped them on the shoulder. The doll soon fell off the shelf and onto the floor. She crawled over to the other doll dressed in a blue shirt and examined them, finding that they were not like her.

Maggie looked at the ground and saw how far down it was from the shelf. She looked for an easier way down but couldn't find one. She then closed her one sewn on eye and lept down to the floor; making a loud thud as she hit the floor. She got up and brushed herself off.

As she wiped the dust off herself, she noticed that she didn't have a mouth. She also had a few patches on her face and shoulder. One was a darkish green and the other was a dark cyan.

Just then the door opened. There was a little boy in the doorway. He wore a black shirt with white edging. The shorts he had on were pretty beat up. They look like they could be around seven years old. He had short brown hair that glimmered in the light from the outside. On his face were a few band-aids and he even had a black eye. He wore a pair Nike shoes that were sorta a galaxy like color.

The boy looked in the closet and saw Maggie looking up at him. The boy was amazed. He picked up Maggie and examined her. He then took her out of the small closet like room and shut the door. The boy ran to his small blue room and flipped on the lights.

The room had trains all over the floor. Posters scattered on the wall. He set Maggie on the bed and sat infront of her, on the floor. He looked at her amazed and poked her once.
