It was dark, cold, and musty. I blinked once and I was suddenly in a white room. I seemed to be immobilised. Just ahead of me was a flat wall with three bumps one a lot bigger than the others. "What?" I thought. Slowly, I felt shaking. Quiet at first then getting louder, and louder. While I just sat there, unable to move. Then a voice.
"Ana!" It said. The sound of clicking fingers dragged me back into the reality of my sunlit bedroom.
"Alright, alright, I'm up I'm up!" I sat up grogginess lingering in my mind. Thankful my sister didin't open the blinds fully, I changed into my uniform that had been neatly arranged into my "uniform stuff" box. Presumably by my mother.
It was 6.20 on my alarm clock, which meant it was 6.22 on every other clock in the house. Damn thing. I sat down on my old leather arm chair to attempt to fit my 11th grade feet into my 8th grade shoes. I crossed the room to my around the world map, by some great captain, and turned to a calendar to cross off Friday with a red pen. What a stressful day it will be.
As I was getting ready for school, I tripped over my dog Coco who was always sitting in the way as usual. I also bumped into my sister, Esmerelda in my morning clumsiness.
"Watch where your going!" She scolded after me. "Love you too sis!" I shouted back, slamming the door behind me, a PBJ sammich in my mouth's grip. When I reached the top of the hill, where the bus stop resided, I saw my littlest sister Clementine, my littlest brother Marko, and my dad. "Ana!" Clem cried. "Hey pumpkin!" How was dad's?" I crouched down to her height. when I reached the bus stop. "Great! We made pink Rock candy!" She churped. I stood up to face my dad, he looked distant, like always. "You okay?" I asked him. "Yeah, yeah, i'll-i'll see you next week ana." He swiveld and walked back to his house before I could even say goodbye. The divorce has changed him.
On the bus Marko complained the whole way about how Esmerelda couldn't drive us to our schools because she was feeling sick. I usually look out the window on the bus and admire the veiw, or think about random things, and try to shut him out: why don't I wear makeup like a lot of girls? What if the reason Mars has water on it is because we used to live there but messed up the climate so badly that we had to send an escape pod to earth with only Adam and Eve on it and the pod was the asteroid that whipped out the dinosaurs? Y'know things like that. Usually I can answer all those questions, but something else was occupying my imagination: how am I going to survive through the final exams?
When we got off the bus, the thought was still haunting me. I spotted all my best freinds leaning against the school mural. "Hey, guys" I said as I approached them. My friend group consisted of four other girls: Mei-chan, a mellow Korean girl who has amazing skills and an understanding personality; Eesha, an anxious indian girl, who gets easily embarrassed and laughes every five seconds; Victoria, a short Australian girl who is a bit clingy but always makes the right decisions. There is also this other girl called rosa, but we all decided that she was breaking us apart, and we are a lot better without her. I'll list all the things that made her a bitchy snake: one, she is the most spoiltest undisciplined little needy shit the world has ever known; two she is on her phone all the time and basically has a fucking heart attack when she's without it, and only interacts with people if she wants something from them; three, she only cares about herself and only "cares" about people if there aren't people around her to make her look good; four, she is stubborn and tells people to shut up when she knows she's wrong, or tries to get out of things by asking other people onto her side against the person who is questioning her unrealistic reality. Anyways, first period was geography, and the rest of the the day went by in a blur after that but unfortunately no boy drama because I go to a girls only school. Most of the day I was daydreaming about fantasy adventurers and scenarios that will never happen, I usually draw the characters I think up in my journal. One thing happened today that I remember, seeing my ex- best friend Laura, who used me and shit on me when I was oblivious to what she was doing. So you know what I did? I hit he
That bitch with kindness and won all the people she lied to about me back and against her. Exept for one called Alice who is Laura's sheep who has to be hereded and can't make her own decisions. Poor thing. Shes warming up though. That's my school life so far.
There were a bunch of loud kids on the bus this afternoon, so I kranked up the volume on my headphones, and fell into the reality of music, and watched the trees slip away.

I stumbled after Clem and Marko to the front door after running all the way from the bus stop, "hurry up Ana!" Clementine whined. I sighed and pulled out my neacklace, at the end was my house key along with a bunch others with some of them no one knows what they unlock. I unlocked the door, walked through the front door and turned left to the staircase, only to be bowled aside by Clemintine, who was rocketing up the staircase. When I got up to my room and turned on my gaming computer. I could finally relax. I slumped down in my chair. I debated whether to play The Sims 4, or far cry. I decided for the Sims. as I was setting up, mom walked in to confront me on how my day was. As I racked my brains for information I shouldn't of forgotten in an hour and a half. "Oh how could I forget?" I thought to myself as I told her how we had a big assembly cutting off periods three and four. All of these imortant ministry memers attended and they had a huge announcement to make. They were making more buildings to de-crowd the squished corridors. This news made me concerned for future students applying for this school. BUT if they decide to do if sooner.... we could have a month off school. I grinned evily. Of course mom had to lecture me about it. "You shouldn't be thinking that way Anastasia! Your education is very important and-" I cut her off
"Ya ma, Kay, I need to finish this, Kay?"
She shot me a stern look and walked out of my room. Works every time.
It had probably been an hour or two when Esmeralda texed me to come into her room. I sighed and gently tried to move my cat Quiggle off my lap.
"Come on kitty, I need to go." But She clung tighter. "Okay I'll take you with me." I groaned. You see, my she is so over weight, that I have to carry her in a makeshift cat-harness-backpack-carrier-thing. I hoist her in and headed to my destination. When I got there Esmeralda was paler than usual. I put Quiggle down on the floor and sat on the bed next to her. "Ezz, I think that shade is a bit too light for your complexion." She stayed silent. Then I noticed she was looking down at something, I followed her gaze and my heart dropped to the floor. "OH MY MOTHER TERESA-" Ezz slapped her hand over her mouth looking at me pleadingly. as I continued to stare down at the positive pregnancy test in her lap.
