"Long ago there was a group known as the Guardians. They were known for their bravery, loyalty, and most of all their strength. Each Guardian was born with a mark of the moon which would glow brightly in the time of need. When danger threatened the tribes of Acrophis the Guardians transformed into the saviors everyone needed. Everyone depended on them. Until one day, an enemy tribe known as Phapross attacked. No one was prepared for the terror that was to come with the Phapross' arrival. No one could prepare for the disaster that struck Acrophis. The Guardians didn't have a chance to transform, having been caught off guard. Phapross took this as a chance to attack. Many lives were lost, along with all of the guardians. Since that day the Guardians were gone. No longer would the mark of the moon show on the chosen ones. Some still believe that the Guardians are still here, lying dormant until the day a new savior would appear." Gerald Evenston finished off the legend glancing at his daughter who watched him with bright eyes.

"Wow. What happened after the Phapross defeated the Guardians? Did they leave or stay?" Young Alexandria questioned. "Their only goal was to defeat the Guardians, to be the strongest alive. After they took them down they left and went back to Phapross." "What if they attack again?" Alexandria asked scared. "There's no reason for them to my dear." Gerald lovingly ran his hand over his daughters head.

"Now Come on, it's time for bed." He picked Alexandria up and carried her to her room. "Has anyone been born with the mark since the disappearance of the Guardians?" She asked as Gerald tucked her in. "Not that anyone knows about. But when it does happen, I know that they will be a special child." Gerald smiled down at his child as she drifted off into the dreamland. As he reached across the bed to turn off the lamp he glanced at Alexandria's birthmark. The mark of the guardians was staring at him proudly.
