I open my eyes and I see a world. A world full of wonder, a world full of surprises. A world full of happiness, a world full of hatred. A world where you can be popular, a world where you can be depressed. A world so unique, a world I was not meant to be in.
I walk to the bus stop and think to myself. No one can know, I can't let them know. I step on the bus, with a smile on my face. Friends greet me, but they don't have a clue. I sit with a friend, she'll never understand. She thinks I'm alright, she's oblivious to the truth.
I get off the bus, people talk and walk together. I'm left all alone, but they don't realize. I walk in the door, they don't notice I'm there. I smile as they walk past, they don't notice a difference. I head to my first class, I blend in with the crowd. I sit down at my seat, no one sees me there.
They'd never know something's wrong, they'll never know something's wrong. I live in a world of lies, lies that everyone thinks are truths. They don't need to hide anything, I can't tell them anything. They'd leave me if they knew the truth, I'll never let them know. They'd freak out if they saw what I've done, I only wear long sleeves. They don't realize, they don't know.
