I know the video is kinda long but it is a very informative video about affordable or cheap cleansers.

There are different types of skin types so there are different types of facial cleansers for the different skin types.
Dry Skin

Foaming facial cleaners are good at hydrating dry skin.

Oily Skin

Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash is a good one I use this personally and it makes my face feel so clean .
