"Lauren,think you can go grab John?We could show him this."
I said and she smiled,running inside to grab him.
A few minutes later,he comes out looking a little bit like we disrupted him from his work.
"Alright,what do you wanna show me?"
He said and crosses his arms,waiting for our little performance to end or something like that.
"Just watch,"
I said and stand aside,nodding to Lauren and Andy to do it to one of those abandoned taxi's by road.
Andy focuses his power on the wheel to try and make it wasier for Lauren and just when the car was about to flip,Lauren re-directs his power to only destroy the taxi wheel.
They grin and look at John for his reaction,as do i.
"That's,that's impressive.Think you could do it at a long distance range?"
He asks.
They both nod.
"What will you do?"
He asks and turns to me,pointing at me.
"I'll make it easier for them by stopping the truck using Telekinesis."
I said.Since there was no moving cars around here,i wouldn't be able to demonstrate it properly.
He nods
"The best part is,no one will be able to see where it came from."
Andy says,grinning like hell.Suddenly,Caitlin comes out of no where with a look of disapproval on her face and shakes her head.
"No,i don't approve of this."
She says,i rake my hair back and go up to Caitlin to attempt and make her see that we can do this.
"Caitlin,this is the best shot we have!"
John says with a reasoning voice,she still shakes her head and looks at her mids aswell as me with a look as if we were out of are minds or even on goddamn Kick.
"What so you're gonna use child soldiers now?!Your attacking a convoy with guards!That is the last place i want my children to be!"
She fights back,i grab her by the shoulders and make her look at me.
"Caitlin you were the one that told us to take risks.We want to fight!Besides,do you want Reed back or not?!"
I say,throwing her words back at her to prove a point and try to make her allow us to fight.
She needs to realise that we can't always just sit down and hope that some fairy god mother comes down from heaven and majestically summons Reed and Lorna back here.We need to do that ourselves.
"Really,throwing my own words back at me?This is not a visit to Uncle Danny,this is a convoy with guards with guns."
She said,fighting back at me.
"I'm saying this from experience.If you don't allow us to do this..you're kids have to live their lives without a Father, ontop of that,living with the fact that they- they could've done something to save him.."
I say,looking down and taking a deep breath in as i remember seeing my Father on a hospital bed and me begging him not to leave me alone,my mother screaming at the Surgeon and Nurses to do something to help him.
But they never did.He just layed there as still as the rock,skin pale and lips dry.His Hazel eyes turned grey and hollow,i kept holding his cold hand not believing he drifted away from me.When we figured out he had Cancer,it was curable since it was new and if we acted now he could live.His emotions engulfed him and made it worse,his body rejected the medicines the hospital gave him and in return,God took his soul from us and dragged him to Heaven.
