The next day

Still Shays POV

i woke up the next morning and tezz wasn't in bed, I looked at the clock and seen that it 6:00 am. I guess since I miss a couple days of school I'll get up and go today cause no matter how life is I still wanna be somebody, so I got up or at least tried, being the fact I was sore from last night and walk slowly to the bathroom to take a shower, brush my teeth, and wash  my face. once I got out I checked my phone to see if I got any texts or calls, I frowned when they were only from Amelia. I felt like I haven't seen or talk to her in years so I decided to call her

"Hello"she said

Hey bestie wyd" I said

" girl nothing getting ready for school what you doin and where the fuck yo funny acting ass been at" she asked

" I had fell out with my mom ended up in the hospital because of her and moved in with Dominique ass" I told her

" damn you been goin through it" she said " but word round school u and tezz a thing now" she said

" what who told you that" I said

" girl i don't know I heard in from Amaya, who heard it from somebody else" she said

"Well that's jus great" I said " but no we are not a thing" i told her

"Well anyways you coming to school today" she asked me

"Yea" I said looking to my right noticing that Dominique done crept in here

" ok good I'll see you then" she said

" ok" I said hanging up the phone

"Who was that" Dominique asked

"That was Amelia" I told her

" what she want" she asked

"To tell me that word got around school that me and tezz a thing" I said

" what?! how do they know" Dominique said

"I don't know and I don't care" I told her

" ok well let's jus get ready for school so we won't be late" she said

It was bout 6:30 once we got to school it feels different cause I never get to school early but Dominique always does I really hope I can get though this day without any bullshit, we got out the car and walk to the doors to our lockers and of course all eyes on me

"Boo!" Dominique said "y'all can stop looking at her like that" said said flinching at them.

Just as we were bout to meet up with the girls I felt a nudge in my side

"Oops my bad I didn't see you there" the girl said

Once I seen who it was I got mad all over again I'm no punk so I hope she don't think ima let her bully me

"Oh so u mad that my girl got to touch your ex nigga" I heard Dominique say

We both laughed

" girl he will never like u" she said "he was jus with me before he came to u"

Now I know I wasn't his girl but that's nasty I'm not a hoe so why did he treat me like this I didn't ask for this bullshit no wonder why I haven't got a call or text from him
