I laid down on the bench with my cover shivering while it was snowing heavy, it was nothing new to me it was my daily life.

I had got kicked out at the age of 17 cause my mom didn't want me, I'm 18 now and this what I do every night.

I barely eat and I barely shower, I only eat when strangers walk pass and feel bad for me, the rest just ignore me.

I laid down trying to go to sleep and minutes later I drifted off to sleep.

"Fuck you Kentrell, get out my house!" Yaya yelled at me, I shrugged my shoulders and left, I was driving around and stop to get some gas.

I walked in and bought some snacks and something to drink, I walked to my car and I heard movement, I looked around and saw a girl on a bench.

I sat and stared at her thinking should I help her or should I leave her, I couldn't do that it's all types of bad ppl out here I picked her up and placed her in the back seat of the car.

I pumped the gas and pulled off going home.

I placed her on my bed and went into the guest room and laid down going to sleep.

I felt tapping and I groaned turning the other swatting my hand, they kept tapping me, I sat up and looked at ole girl from yesterday.

" Where am I?" She asked quietly, " You at my house, I saw last night and I didn't wanna leave you out there anything could've happened to you" I said.

She nodded, " Sooo....?" She nibbled on her nails, " I'll take you home" I said. She looked at me with a sad face, " can't" She whispered, " What you mean you can't?" I said. " I don't have a home" She said.

I instantly felt bad for her, I've been in her situation before when my mom kicked me out and I had no where to stay, " You can stay with me if you like I got a extra room and I got enough money to buy you whatever you need" I said.

She started walking away I walked after, " Lil ma what you doing?" I yelled after her, she reached the door and looked back, " You don't have to do this, I know who you are Youngboy " She said closing the door.

I ran out the door and hopped in my car I pulled off driving next to her, " Aye get in da car I'm not leaving you alone til you come stay with me" I said, " Well then keep chasing" she ran off running fast, I caught up the her and drove at her pace.

" Just get in the car" I said, " please, it would eat me up alive if I left you out her in the streets knowing what happen at night" She looked at me and sighed. She got in the car and I pulled off.

" So you mamma get new clothed or sum" I asked driving to the mall. " Sure" She said.

I held her bags while we went to get her a phone, she grabbed a IPhone X and walked up to the counter while I paid for it.

" Thank you so much" She smiled, " It's coo shawty I didn't want to leave you there on yo own" I said.

We pulled up to my house and I got out, I showed her the shower and got her a towel and rag, " Here you go if you need me I'll be in my room" I said.

I washed up another time before getting out, I out in a t shirt and some spandex shorts going back in the restroom washing my hair and brushing my teeth.

I grabbed my phone and started downloading apps, I went in my room and laid down playing on games I downloaded.

I heard knocking on the door, I went up and looked threw the door, I looked threw the window and saw a group of boys. I walked to Kentrell room and opened the door.

" It's some boy outside" I said, he looked at me, " Let them in" He said. I went back and opened the door.

" Who you?" A black one said, " Kay'Nasia" I said, "Why you here" A lightskin with long ears said. " Cause I can now if y'all go come in come on it's cold" I snapped.

The other black dude squinted at me, " I know you" He said, I smacked my lips " No you don't" I said I walked away and grabbed my arm.

" Yea I do You was the one I had beat up the boy for when they was tryna take you" He said, " It happened last week" He said.

I pushed pasted him and went and sat in the porch, I know what exactly he was talking about, and I didn't wanted to remember that, cause he had came to late, they already did what they did.

" Aye shorty" A lightskin chubby boy walked out in the porch, I looked at him with tears in my eyes, " Come in side, it's cold outside" He said.

" I'll just go home" He nodded and I walked to Kentrell car and laid in the backseat not wanting to go in the house and deal with that boy.

" Aye shorty wake up" I felted someone shaking me, " Wake up it's cold here and you freezing" Yb said picking me up. " Why you out here?" He said.

" Ian wanna be in there with all dem boys" I said, " Them my niggas they ain't go hurt ya" He said rubbing my back.

" It's not all then it's one of them" I said, he looked at me weirdly, " What ya mean, one of em hurt ya" I shook my head no, " He was to late" I whispered.

" He was to late, who?" He asked confused, " Black one, Chinese looking" I said, " Ben, what happened" He laid me down on the couch.

" One day these dudes was tryna take me I tried to fight them off but it was to many and they put me in the truck, a- and they took turns on me" I said.

" What you mean they took turns on you" he said, " They took turn raping me all I remember is hearing ' aye Fredo and Gee let her go someone coming someone coming' and they had threw me outside the truck that's when Ben or whatever his name is, came and started fighting all them all off" I explained to him.

" As long as you with me nobody gon hurt you, I promise that" He said.

I nodded and went to sleep.
