Sadie tries to come to y/h/t once a month so we can still spend time with each other. It's her last night here so we decided to have a netflix night.
I cuddle up next to Sadie as we watch Stranger Things. Max Mayfield comes onto the screen and I giggle at how cute Sadie looks. I watch as Eleven unlocks the door with her powers. Sadie shifts uncomfortably at the scene and I look at her with confusion.
"Sades? You okay?" I ask.
The red head simply nods and continues to watch the screen intently. I process her answer slowly and look back to the television, Max is introducing herself to Eleven. I smile slightly to myself.
As I watch, Sadie shifts uncomfortably once again. I brush it off this time and we finish the rest of the season.
"You're so cute," I say as I turn the tv in my bedroom off.
"Says you," Sadie replies, walking over to me and kissing the top of my head.
I climb back into my bed and under the covers, exhausted. Sadie climbs in next to me and covers herself up. I cuddle up next to her and feel her arms snake around me. As I fall asleep next to Sadie on that chilly February afternoon, I wonder what's bugging my red headed lover.
