I'm Seilia. I'm a siren.  I live in the deep ocean blues, the ones people think are haunted.  I'm actually royalty, I hate it though.  It gets annoying after a while of others bowing they're heads, giving you the luxury of the sea.  It's somewhat embarrassing.  My mother was from the tribe of Sirenum, also an island my mother's family was banished to by the Greeks.  My father has been free his whole life, due to the fact he isn't a Siren.  My father left us when he found out I was a siren, like my mother. We found and adopted my sister Sailena.  I am a hybrid, beautiful like a mermaid but I have the destiny of a siren.  I'm in charge of most shipwrecks, seeing as I'm most beautiful in the tribe of Sirenum, where we are no longer banished or held hostage.

(Third person pov)

Seilia was in charge of the next shipwreck. "Can I come with you?" begged her ten-year-old sister Sailena.  "No Sail, it's far too dangerous for you," Seilia replied firmly, making sure not to give in to her sister whilst on duty.  "Princess, it's time to go, the ships are above," commented Macea.  Macea was Seilia's 'bodyguard', more like her best friend. "Let us go," she replied, still firm.

They made it above the ocean.  She could see several ships fishing for sirens.  She turned into a beautiful mermaid to fool the pirates, and lure them to the army of sirens.  She sang, "Come throw your heart into the waves. Your soul is lost, but it still saves. Drink me in and come undone. Trade a thousand lives for one.  Drink and sink and let it end. You are no more, you are no less. For all must die, and all must rest. Bring your ships unto me. Now let your graveyard be the sea."  The other few sirens started to chant. The wind started to pick up, and the lead pirate was too distracted by Seilia's voice he didn't realize what Seilia meant. He also didn't realize the wind was picking up.  "I came to grant you your final wish, but I don't give much of this away~" She joined the chants of the others.  The boats collided and the pirates were all crushed.

They returned back to the depths of the ocean blues.  Sailena was glad to see her sister.  Her mother put Seilia's crown on her head.  She was happy to be back home in the deep blue.
