After talking to my parents about letting Elena stay in Baton Rouge with us, they told us they had to take some time to think about it and Friday, that sat us both down and told us that she could. Therefore all day today me and her have been repacking her stuff at our Dad's house while my parents went to look for a flight that she could get on to Baton Rouge the same time as ours. Once we were done and today was our last day in Arizona, we decided to go out and chill with liyah and Madison at chic fil a
"Why you gotta leave tomorrow?" Liyah asked with a frown as she sat her cup down "shit be boring without you out here"
"Forreal" Madison agreed and I laughed
"Chill out. I'll be right back in a few weeks for Christmas break"
"That's too far away"
I just shrugged and dipped one of my nuggets into my sauce before popping it into my mouth. Elena made her way from the bathroom and sat back down in her seat beside me
"So Whatchu gonna do about that crazy ass boy once you get back to Louisiana?" Madison asked and I rolled my eyes. I completely forgot about the fact that I have to deal with Kentrell once I get back home
"Shit, ion know"
"Girl all you gotta do is block him" liyah said as if it was that simple
"No" I shook my head "Kentrell will pull up, pop up, shoot up.... he do it all liyah"
"Oh damn, he a HOOD nigga"
"Uh, Yeah"
"Noel you fucked sis" Liyah responded and Elena shook her head
"That's why I don't mess with hood niggas. They too crazy for me"
"Girl fuck that. I love me a hood nigga" Madison told Elena while dancing a little
"They ain't shit but they make you fall in love with their ain't shit asses" liyah added and I just stayed quiet
"That's why Noel so quiet right now. Cause all she ever fucked with was hood niggas. First ol boy from Phoenix, then trey and now this one"
"Just leave me outta this Alright" I defended myself while laughing, glancing over at a group of boys that walked into chic fil a. I immediately recognized them as trey's friends and just like I should've expected, Trey was with them. He reached into the pocket of his jeans as he walked up to the register to order and one of his homeboys, domonique, looked over at me and smiled
"Noel, I ain know you was back girl"
I started to roll my eyes while he walked over to our table and trey turned to look back at us as well. Liyah flipped her faux locs and looked at domo with a smile. Once he reached the table he looked at her
"Wassup Babymomma"
"Babymomma?!" I questioned, looking between the both of them and liyah started laughing
"You want me to have yo baby so bad but you got a whole girlfriend. And then she standing behind the counter looking at you" she told him while pointing over at the registers. The girl that was handing trey his food wore a glare on her face as she looked over at us
"Damn, Hey" Elena waved at the girl, making her upset even more
"Dominique! Come here!" The girl yelled and he sighed
"I'll hit you up later" domo told liyah while he grabbed her hand
"Please don't" she said with a smile, letting her hand slip out of his. He chuckled and walked off
"You know he gone text you forreal" Madison told liyah and she nodded
"I know. Cause he ain't shit"
"Speaking of shit..." Madison said as she looked at trey, who made his way over to the table. He made a face at her before looking at me
"So when you leave?"
"Tomorrow. I was hoping I would see you at least one more time before I left"
"I was gone stop by yo' grandmas house tonight before I went home. I went earlier and they said you was gone"
I nodded and caught him checking me out so I stood up "can we go talk real quick?"
"Yeah, we can go outside" trey answered and I followed him out the exit. Once we made it outside I didn't feel like standing up so we sat inside his car.
"So, wassup?" He asked as he looked over at me
"Okay.. I know that me and you have known each other for years, and I've known that you've always had feelings for me. But I just gotta let you know, we can only be friends from this point on. You all the way out here in Arizona and I'm all the way in Louisiana. It just won't work"
Trey nodded and rubbed his chin "we can be friends. Cause at the end of the day none of that other shit matters when you bring yo ass back to Arizona"
"Trey..."
"I'm just sayin" he told me with a laugh and placed his hand on my thigh "you know you forever mine"
"And what exactly makes you think that?" I asked as I crossed my arms. He rubbed my thigh and leaned close to me
"Cause I know" he responded. I don't know what what happened but next thing I knew, he ended up kissing me and I can't lie, I started kissing him back. I've always loved kissing trey but this time something just wasn't right. I pulled away and shook my head
"Bye trey"
I got out of the car and walked back into chic-fil-a, immediately catching liyah, Madison and Elena's attention
"Damn why you look like that?" Liyah asked me as I took my seat and I shook my head, rubbing my lips together
"Nothing"
Madison propped her left elbow up on the table and rose her right brow "you kissed him, didn't you?"
"I didn't kiss him. He kissed me"
"Oh bitch" Elena said with a laugh and liyah shook her head
"Girlll. You should've put THAT on your snap. Ol boy would shit himself"
"No. They way she describes him, he'll probably fly his ass out here tonight" Elena added and I nodded
"Hell Yeah. I don't know why trey kissed me. Probably to be childish cause I had just told him we could only be friends"
"Well that's exactly why he did that. Just tell me you didn't kiss him back" liyah said to me and I sighed
"Noellll"
Madison shook her head with a disapproving look
"I did! At first. But it just didn't feel right. I wasn't feeling it at all like I used to"
"Maybe cause you too busy thinking bout that other boy" Madison told me with a shrug and I rolled my eyes
"Fuck him"
Elena pursed her lips together "Mhmm that's what you say now"
I laughed and finished the rest of my nuggets
