When Two Giants Love

Chapter 1

It was raining very hard on a Saturday night. I only had a hoodie and sweatpants. I was soaking wet, but I need to get home before midnight. I was only a couple blocks before I get home, but the rain suddenly became stronger and it got more windy.

I was stumbling and tripping all over the place. Then i accidentally slipped and hit my back, I screamed in pain. But i was thankful I didn't hit my head. I would've passed out or... died.

I was trying to get myself up, but I just can't. But then I felt a hand reached out to me and helped me up. Their hands were very soft like very very soft. I can hold it all day.
I winced in pained and held my back where the pain was coming from when they tried to help me up.

Then after a few moments later, I finally got myself up. I was trying to see the face of the person to see if they were a boy or a girl, but their face were covered by the hoodie they were wearing. They gave an umbrella to me and I slowly took it out of her grasp.

"Thank you very much" I thanked them and activated the umbrella, putting it over our head. They nodded in response.

They guided me and slowly took me to their house. They left their shoes there so I did  the same. They pointed to a plastic chair gesturing me to sit there. They put their hands up telling me to wait there. They then disappeared out of my sight. Then I heard footsteps going up the stairs.

I waited for a few minutes then i heard footsteps coming back down. I saw them coming up to me and handed me fresh set of clothes then a towel. "U-uh where is t-the bathroom?" I stuttered. They pointed at the door on the right and I quickly went inside the bathroom.

Once I got out of the bathroom, fully clothed with fresh clothes, i went to back to the kitchen where the mystery someone is standing. They pointed to the door asking me to leave their house.

Before I left a house the stranger handed me an umbrella. "Thank you so much". They just nodded and i turned the door knob and stepped outside their house.

I activated the umbrella and went to the direction where my house is located. I turned to a curb and found my house. I quickly went inside and left my shoes beside the door. I went upstairs and went to my room.

I changed into my pajamas and thought about the things that happened today. The stranger is all I can think about. I thought that maybe the person is a girl. Well you don't know maybe she is actually a girl.

I then stopped thinking about her  and drifted to sleep.
