~*~ Reece~*~

I was sitting on my Father's desk in the office he had installed in the upper parts or his mansion. I had been there almost two hours now, going through his files, trying to find why he would ever want me marry a Crane. Why did he not choose any other family?. I am handsome and any woman would want me. I can have any woman of my choice. I have my mother's brown hair and my father's aquamarine-blue eyes. How on earth could he then make me waste my handsomeness on a Crane? As far as I knew the Crane daughters were not even pretty, the last encounter I had with any of them was years ago and it was one I would never forget. That Blonde girl.

There was a knock on the door, I called out in a barely audible tone and  Heather walked in with a spiral binded note in her hands. She dropped them on the table infront of me and I looked at it then lazily picked it up.

" Summary " I said while tracing my fingers on the edge of the blue cover and she sat across me.

" Mr Jonathan Crane lives in the streets of Kernel avenue, which is west from here, still in the city with his two daughters. Silvia Crane, she is the last daughter then his oldest Vivienne, he lost his wife to a heart attack a few years back... "

What names.

" Do you have any pictures? "

" Yes " She took the spiral binded note from me and opened to the last page.

The first picture was of Silvia. She had bright green eyes and short blonde hair with the small pink lips and a heart shaped head I had ever seen before. It was not beauty that mattered now, it was whether or not they would be willing to sign the contract seeing as they hated me as much as I did them.

" How old is this one...Silvia? "

" Twenty two, his oldest daughter is Twenty six "

" Mmm. She may be the one "

I nodded and picked up my car keys.

*

" This is the place? " I turned to Heather as we pulled up infront of a small thatched house. Great, just great, My future 'wife' is living in a thatched house. Great. Just great.

I came out of the car with Heather following behind me. We walked to the front door and I hissed. No gates.

I raised my hand and knocked on the door. Almost instantly the door  opened. I knew instantly it was Silvia.

" Morning, Miss Crane " I tried to sound as civil as possible

" Morning? " She answered uncertainly.

" I am Reece Shane, I am here to see you, to discuss something important privately with you "

" Oh, Come in "

She movesed aside and I entered. The house smelled of sushi and I felt like puking. I did a quick survey of the house first. There was a small L.G television and some small leather sofas that looked like it had existed for years. The dinning room was awkwardly connected to the living room and the kitchen could be seen clearly.

" Please sit " She offered, pointing to a chair.  Heather and I sat slowly. I did not think she was exactly  familiar with me yet because if she was she would have flipped by now. Hell she would not have even invited me in or offered me a seat.

" Can I get you anything? "

" No, I came to discuss something with you and I would rather you sit first " I said as if I was cautioning a little stubborn child. She sat down across me with a small wooden table separating us.
