The first half of the day was pretty mellow, all we really did was meet our new teachers and talked about what we are going to be doing in the classes. Now it was lunch, I had just finished history and I was making my way to my locker to grab my lunch, it was leftover sushi from last night, and then I leisurely made my way to the rooftop. The stairwell was crowded with students trying to push themselves up the stairs like it was some kind of race. I grunted as I was pushed down onto the ground by someone who obviously wanted to get there before me, "Hey!" a deep but youthful voice yelled in my direction, I froze, was he talking to me? My question was soon answered by the hand that stuck itself in front of my face, I looked up to see who beckoned me. Emerald Green eyes that seemed to change to a radiating blue the longer you looked into them, his ebony hair threw itself lazily across the side of his face, but still not covering his eyes. His hands was soft and warm as I took it gently and stood up and brushed myself off. I thanked him and he started to walk away but I kept my eyes on him, he turned back for one last look, and then smiled at me and I swear that my world got brighter.
I finally got to the rooftop and I sat down on a lonesome bench with a clear view of everyone around me. Many of the girls had dyed their hair bright colours like purple, pink and even an electric green, what I'm trying to say is that I stood out a lot as my hair seemed to be the only natural colour as it was jet black and my eyes were bright blue. I scanned the area around me until my eyes locked on to him, my saviour, I stared at him and a weird feeling came through my body, it was like someone had poured a warm drink down my throat that seemed to pulsate inside my stomach it fizzed inside me and a thousand tiny butterflies let themselves loose in my belly. Then he turned around and the feeling got stronger, my pulse started to go so much faster, then the world started to spinning and my eyes clamped themselves shut.
I woke up in the nurses office feeling fine, but even better when I saw him, sitting beside my bed with a concerned look on his face, his eyes lit up brighter then an explosion, the feeling started to happen again, I took a deep breath and swallowed the feeling forcing it away.
