Riverdale

chapter one

 Riverdale has changed for good and there was no escape , it was no longer the innocent small town we remember and as the dark clouds and shadows were surrounding the towns surface and it was obvious that some old secrets from the past won't stay buried long , everything became so unclear and distorted and even the smallest piece of innonce and hope in Riverdale died. Jughead Jones typed on his laptop sitting in his usual booth and sipped his already cold cooffe from the cup "if you really want tounderstand town like Riverdale, and what kind ofplace it is, I have to tell you about it's shadows, the town beneath the town , let's take a look at the 4 th july events there is one detail that was left out .. the Peterson siblings" his voice deepened slightly at the mention of the Peterson siblings.

flashback 4th july : 

the dark black limo crests the hill overlooking the river , the tires are crunching on the ground both red-haired teenagres step out of the car , the girl is wearing all black  she is wearing black veil with black glasses and black gloves ,and the guy is all white , the girl has intensive red dark hair , meanwhile the boy has cooper red hair , you can barely see her face only her red lips but you can see his face clearly , they are slowly walking towards the dock of the river. 

"The Peterson siblings were driving out to Sweet water river often because Carter had her archery set with her , the set included gun , her family sells all kinds of weapons actually they are part of more businesses than just of one" 

" As they are closer to the edge the girl hesitates a bit the boy holds her hands " 

Anthony : "You are not scared or ya?" he asked her , she didn't answer but shaked her head slightly he smiled and led her on the boat "

"Few hours Anthony came home ...alone without the girl , Carter was reported as missing person since second of july .. on Second of july she and her family were hosting independence day celebrations as their custom, expect that year it was different not because of Carter's tragic and sudden disappearance .. there was something else in the air something darker , when Carter's family came to police station the sheriff told them to wait at least 24 hours so they waited but the tracks of the girl began to cool until they were completely gone..." 

a police boat anchored by the rocks , detective who was in charge of the case was in depression they were looking for the girl approximately a week (11 days) and closed the case .. a days became weeks and weeks became months and still nothing and no one ever spoke about the whole thing until recently... 

The dark haired attractive detective came to the sweetwater river for a morning run like he secretly used to every single morning , he is looking out at the river's shimmering the rippling surface as he kept staring at the shore something unusual got his attention it was red he came closer with a stick to pull it out , he grasped it in his hands , it was long red ribbon on the upper side of the ribbon was blood , the blood was already dried , he took a longer look at it and he called a person that worked on the Carter Peterson/Jason Blossom case... no other than Tom Keller ... he still held the ribbon , it was sure the ribbon was there longer than just a few days but the only thing that nobody of the town knew was the fact that this takes us back to the resident golden boy Jason Blossom a lot of questions were left unaswered and with a big question mark ... first how did that happen , how did the ribbon even get in there without no one noticing? 

later the entire town was standing on the same exact ground as when the police found Jason's body , they all are watching from the riverbank , Alice Cooper stands there along with Betty. 

Alice : "if they are going to reopen Carter's case it was about damn time" she exclamied meanwhile Betty stood there with shock and fear in her eyes. 

there were no fireworks that day but neither any murder... there was just utter silence.  Everyone deep down prayed that Carter Peterson is dead. 

Cheryl told to police and the entire town a story about an abandoned ribbon in the river... maybe her story was true ..
