Prologue

Shiraki's pov

I sat in my room, fiddling with one of my toys when I heard a voice. "Why don't you tell me your name young one" they told me. I freaked out and fell off my bed in fear. I looked around, for what spoke, having not heard anyone come into my room.

"Who's there?" I asked. "Don't be afraid. I won't hurt you. You summonsed me after all" the voice repeated. "Summonded you. W-who are you?" I asked, still searching.

I spotted some sort of shadowy figure that resembled a human standing at my door. I am Rogu" he explained. "Rogu?" I asked. "I used to have a different name until I was considered dangerous by my peers" he replied.

I started to tremble. "Don't worry. I won't hurt you or anyone you don't want me to hurt" he explained to me. I still felt uneasy. "Would you feel more comfortable if I was in a different form?" he asked.

"Different form?" I questioned, confused by Rogu's words. "I am able to change into the shape of any creature, human or object. I am not able to look exactly like them due to my shadowy appearance but it can be good for tricks by making others think that their friend is in danger" he explained.

"Could you turn into a fox?" I asked, feeling excited. Rogu nodded and turned into a fox although he still had the shadowy appearance with red eyes. I smiled.

"OK. That is way friendlier" I explained. "But how did I summon you. I didn't say anything. Unless. Are you part of my quirk?" I asked in excitement. "Look in the mirror" he told me.

I looked and was surprised by what I saw. A pair of black and grey demon wings had sprouted from my back and wierd shadowy marks covered some of my skin. "Unfortunately, those are a side effect of summoning me. They cannot be removed" he explained.

I just nodded. "Will you stay with me?" I asked. "Yes. Now that I have been summoned, I am contracted to you until you die" Rogu explained. I nodded.

I looked over at Izuku in excitement. "Your going to U.A. Really?" I asked. "Yeah" Izuku replied. "What's your quirk?" I asked, confused. "I can't say" he replied. "Why not. You've been hiding it from me all our lives. Please tell me" I begged. I'm usually quite shy so begging wasn't something I did often.

"I can't tell you" he repeated. "Please" I begged, doing my sad face. "Alright. Come here" he told me. I bent in as he whispered to me. "All might gave me his power but don't tell anyone" he told me.

I nodded, covering my mouth to symbolise that I would keep quite. "Thanks for aggreing to keep quite. It's nice to be able to tell someone" he told me. "No problem. I'll keep quite and make sure Rogu keeps quite too" I explained.

Izuku pulled me into a hug and I heard him let out a sniffle. "Don't cry. When you get into U.A then I'll make you cupcakes" I explained, smiling. "Thanks Shiraki" Izuku thanked. I nodded.
