I woke to my alarm its 5 am and time for my usual morning run. I have a bowl of oats then head out the door. I live in a cabin in the woods on the westside of Mystery Falls. Mystery Falls is a town surrounded by a 500-acre forest. My cabin is a good 100 acres into the woods. Being a werewolf I need to be where there were no humans. Mystery falls is a town with a lot of secrets as it is home to a lot of supernatural creatures. After a good two hours of running, I have a shower then get my notes to go to work. I'm a professor at mystery falls university where I teach myths & legends. I get on my motorbike then speed down the road. I arrive at the university thirty minutes before my first class to prepare.

The first students start arriving while I'm writing today's lecture on the board. Once I see everyone settles down and takes their seats I turn to start my lecture.
"Hello, class welcome to the first lesson of the new semester if you don't already know me my name is Professor Jones. And I will be teaching you about mythical creatures. Can anyone name one for me."
(Student 1) "Vampires & werewolves"
(Student 2) "witches"
"Can anyone else think of any more." looking around I see someone at the back with her hand in the hair. She is the new student I have yet to meet Nicolae Bartholy has told me about her. She wants to become an archaeologist. And she is staying in one of there cabins. Nicolae has told me she is family to them. I look at her waiting for her to answer. She doesn't look up but still answers.
(Averie's pov) "There are also fairies, elves, mediums, druids and gipsies some even say, mermaids."
When she finishes she looks up then as I look at her something comes over me I feel like all the air has been sucked right out of me. I feel my heart rate speeding up as if I'm breathless, I feel something trying to pull me towards her but I can't move. I have never felt anything like this before. I feel my body heating up from my core and spreading out through my body. There is something about her. She isnt like anyone I have ever met. Shes not human but what she is I'm not sure she is to far away to tell. I'm just standing there staring at her for what seems like hours. I pull my self around to get back to my class.
(Sebastian) "Very good Miss."
(Averie) "Storm."
