Imprisoned

(First of all hi y'all so I thought Since no one was writing about diamond I thought I would give it a shot oh and btw the song above is what I was listening too while thinking about how this story should go. Anyway enough about me let's get into this story)

Steven and Connie are still trapped in the tower and while Connie is waiting for something to happen she sees Steven facing away from her with his knees tucked in.

Steven: this is-is all my fault.
Connie gets closer to Steven and puts her hand on his shoulder and Steven pushes her back leaving a scratch on her leg.
Connie: agh Steven! What's wrong with you?
Steven: (teary) di-did I hurt you? I'm sorry Connie! It's just I made us all try to reason with white diamond and now me and you are in this pristine and the gems are poorer. I just can't handle this
Connie: Steven...
Steven: No don't say anything this is all my fault I lost the gems and I don't know how long it's going to be before I lose you too....
Connie walks over to Steven and gives him a hug at first he wanted to push her back , but instead wrapped his arms around her too.
Connie: everything is going to be fine Steven
Steven: they already took the gems....What more could I lose?
Steven And Connie lay down and fall asleep Connie puts her arm around Steven and he blushes.

~8 hours later~
In Stevens dream he is having a nightmare that may just put him over his limit
Steven wakes up to find himself in a dark void in the distance he sees the gems and as he runs towards them he realizes there faces where not the same they were white all three of them were.
Steven: Guys?
As Steven stares at him another figure looks at him it was Connie..
Steven: Connie?
Connie screams at him
Connie: Get away from me!
Steven: Connie it's just me
Steven then looks at himself seeing that he was covered in blood.... he feels something in his hand... it was a sword and his arm lifted it up, Steven did everything in his power to try and let it go, but it was no use Steven sword came down and Connie screamed and Steven looks away.
Steven wakes up and screams "Connie!"
Connie is startled by his scream and see that he starts backing away from her
Connie: Steven did I do something?
Steven: No it's just that I don't want to hurt you.
Connie: Steven I know that you would never hurt me, but you need to overcome this problem come on we need to figure a way out of here.
Steven and Connie both look around the tower and see a small gap at the top Steven and Connie float up there and crawl through the gaps and now they must Find garnet, amethyst, and pearl and escape homeworld.
