Chapter 1: The Promise

"Do you promise that you will stop when I leave?" I told my best friend, the woman I have been in love with since junior year of high school.

"Only....Only if you promise you'll wait for me. If you promise that even if you come across many more girls on this tour, that even then you will pick me, that even then you will love me back, and that even then you will wait for me to be able to be with you..."

"I promise." I tell her with a small smile.

"Then I promise too" she returned the smile and hugged me tightly. "I would forever wait for you, princess" I whispered in her ear and took in her scent. "Will you stay the night?"

"I would love to. I want to spend my last day with the most beautiful girl on this earth.."
