You blinked slowly. Your alarm began blaring and with that, you groaned. You lifted your hand and smacked your alarm, turning it off. You sighed and got out of bed. It surprisingly didn't take you three hours to get out of bed that morning. You were just in a good mood. Yesterday was fun, you got to meet Jaeden! He was actually super cool. You walked into the bathroom and stared at yourself in the mirror. You lifted up your elbow and looked at it. A scab covering it. You grabbed a bandage and wrapped it around your arm. You did the same with your knee. It didn't bother you that much.

You made yourself breakfast. Cereal to be specific. Your parents had already left for work, which wasn't a surprise at all. They always worked early in the mornings. Once you were finished you put it the empty bowl in the dishwasher. You walked up to your room and changed into comfortable clothes. You took your backpack and phone downstairs and brushed both your hair and teeth. You turned on your phone and saw a ton of notifications. "That's a first." You snickered quietly to yourself. You saw text messages from Sky. A lot. So that's what you looked at first.

Sky: Oh my god (Y/N)

Sky: You have to check Instagram

Sky: Hello?

Sky: Since when have you not been on your phone?

Sky: PICK UP YOUR FRICKING PHONE

You: I'm here, I'm here. Now what happened?

Sky: Check Insta for christ's sake

You sighed and put your phone in your pocket. You had your backpack on and you walked out to your bus stop. Once you were there, you grabbed your phone and opened up Instagram. You scrolled through it and didn't seem to notice anything. Until you got to the bottom kinda. It was a picture of you and Jaeden. He was helping you up from when the kids shoved you. The caption was Look at these Lovebirds! With both you and Jaeden tagged. It was a girl who went to your school. "Oh my god," You thought out-loud. You raised an eyebrow in confusion. Then your bus stopped in front of you. You set your phone in your pocket and sped-walk to the back of the bus. You quickly took out your phone and began texting Jaeden.

You: Did you see it?

Jaeden: Yeah, yeah I did

Jaeden: I saw like 20

You leaned against the wall, your backpack still on. You sighed and shook your head slightly. Was this a good or a bad thing?

You: I saw one. Well this is a shit show

Jaeden: I mean, they got my good side

You smiled slightly at this. It calmed you down.

You: Wow

Jaeden: They got your good side too!

Blush immediately spread across your face. "Whoa, pipe down lovebird." You heard someone say. You looked up and saw Sky smirking at you.

"How long have you been here?" You asked quickly.

"Just got on dingus." She replied with a smile. Sky looked at your phone, than at you. "You saw it, huh?" She tapped her foot against the ground.

"Yeah, I saw one." You turned off your phone. "Jaeden saw like twenty." You laughed hoarsely. Sky nodded.

"I saw about twenty-six if I counted correctly." Sky said as she looked at her fingers. Pretending to count.

"What? Really?" You groaned and hid your face in your hands. This day isn't going to be fun, is it? You thought to yourself.

"Yes, but it's so cute. He seems to really care about you." Sky replied.

"We just met Sky. Just met!" You lifted your head up and threw your arms in the air. Sky shrugged and looked out the window for a second.

"Well, you two are going to the Christmas party thing right?" Sky looked at you.

"Yeah, and?" You stared back at her. Sky smirked slightly and rose her eyebrows up and down. "Oh come on Sky, really?!" You kicked her shin lightly. Your face, still red. Sky winked at you and the bus came to a stop. The two of you stood up and walked off the bus. You inhaled and exhaled deeply.

"You lovebirds will be fine." Sky elbowed you, which made you give her the death glare. She smiled brightly; she didn't care.

"W-We're just f-friends!" You snapped at her.

"Are you sure Buh-Buh-Bill?" She mocked you. You blushed even more. You began clenching your fists.

"Y-You're such an asshole." You mumbled; loud enough for her to hear. Sky skipped next to you and laughed.

"That's what I'm best at!" She chirped. You rolled your eyes with a smirk on your face. Sky was a really good friend. "When are you guys gonna meet up again? The Christmas party is in a few days." Sky opened the door to school, while you followed.

"I don't know," You shrugged. You didn't really put a lot of thought into it. Just meeting Jaeden was good, that's all you really needed.

"Oh come on," Sky turned around and stopped you. You tilted your head in confusion. "You two have to meet up at least one more time!" She looked you straight in the eyes.

You sighed. Why was Sky so focused on making you two meet up? "Fine, I'll make plans with him this weekend." You pulled out your phone and began texting him.

"Yes!" Sky leaped up in excitement. Students around you two looked at Sky and shrugged. They were used to her by now. You looked at her with one eyebrow raised.

You:  Blue Jay are you busy this weekend?

Jaeden: Nope

You:  Wanna hang out this weekend? Go to a movie or something?

Jaeden: A movie sounds great! I have one in mind.

You:  Really? What movie?

Jaeden: Oh, you know.

Jaeden: IT : Chapter 1

You smiled at his text. What a dork. You thought.

You:  I have a confession to make.

Jaeden: What is it Canine?

You:  I haven't actually seen the newest IT

You:  Please don't crucify me

Jaeden: That's okay, I have it on my computer I think

You:  You think?

You:  You were in the movie, how do you not know?

Jaeden: I don't know Canine

You:  Okay, we can watch that this weekend, but where?

Jaeden: My house, your house, somewhere else. I really don't care

You:  Is your house okay?

Jaeden: Yeah, fine with me

You:  Sounds like a plan
