Ayano Aishi stood by the cherry tree, watching tearfully as Osana confessed her love to her senpai and he accepted, she dropped the knife she was holding and ran away, inside the school. Her eyes were closed as salty tears flowed down her cheeks, and her flushed pale skin was wet. She gasped as she bumped into something, and tumbled backward. "Aishi-San! Are you okay?" That voice was farmiliar, she opened her eyes and saw Budo Masuta with his hand out. His messy black hair was light and yellowish as they stood in front of the door to the courtyard, the setting sun tinting everything in a bright yellow. His eyes were concerned. Ayano grasped his hand as he helped her up. She suddenly realized her head hurt. She must have hit it when she fell. "I'm so sorry! I wasn't watching where I was-" Budo began, but he silenced himself as he saw Ayano clutching her head. "Did you hit your head?" Ayano nodded, wincing. "Come with me." The Martial Arts Master Leader her to the Nurses Office. Nasu was sitting on her computer, organizing Student Files. "Miss Kankoshi!" Budo yelled, making the nurse jump. She looked over, and Saw Ayano clutching her head. "Oh my! What happened?!" Budo let go of Ayano as she sat down on a bed. "I bumped into her and she fell and hit her head." Nasu sighed. "You must be careful." She gave Ayano a pill, that she couldn't recognize.
When they were dismissed, Budo walked Ayano to the front gate. "Aishi San, I have to tell you something." He grabbed her arm before she left. Ayano turned to face him. "Yes, Budo-kun?" Budo scratched his neck and blushed. "I like you....." Silence fell between them as Ayano saw the student close his eyes. The silence was broken as Ayano spoke up. "I like you too..." She kissed him on the cheek and left toward her house, leaving Budo speechless.
