Today, when I went to class, my best friends Summer, Alison, Charlotte were sitting on the ledge next to the classroom, our usual meeting spot. Then I saw something weird with my locker. It was neon green, blue and orange in a gradient! It also had jellyfish painted on the paper. And sea turtles. My mouth was open and Alison had to shut it but it just gaped open again. I never had anyone decorate my locker before!! The bell rang and I knew I was going to be late if I didn't get moving so I just ran into the room, packed my bag and ran off in the other direction. I was late by 30 seconds and almost got a study hall slip from Mrs.Smith. But I didn't, because it was my birthday and no one can give a birthday girl a detention slip.
