*Gulp*

"Excuse me can i get another cup of water?"

Waiter: "Really?! isn't that your tenth one?"

"Yeah i know it is, but i'm thirsty sorry for the inconvenience"

Waiter: "No its fine i'll get it for you real quick"

"Thank you"

When Y/N got done with his workout instead of going home today he went out with the girl that helped him earlier in the day when he tried to leave back home she kept on insisting that they go somewhere to eat together because he looked "cool" and she wanted to get to know him but when they got to the restaurant and sat down Y/N would only get water to drink, as for the girl she was kinda just... there staring at Y/N with a big smile on the whole time and it never wavered but Y/N was too distracted with drinking water to even notice

"*Gulp* Ah. thank you again for helping me earlier lately I've been kinda tired an-"

'Has she said anything the whole time I've been drinking?'

???: "Whats your name?"

When she said that she tilted her head a bit, it kinda confused Y/N a bit but he brought his attention back to the question he was asked

"It's Y/N"

???: "Y/N? what a cool name!"

Now that Y/N realized it, it was pretty stupid to blindly follow a girl after showing that he was obviously weak and almost defenseless without telling someone where he was or even going

"Hey uh can i ask you why you think i'm cool?"

???: "That's because you're all bloody and beat-up!"

'Well there's the first red flag'

"Uh what do you mean by that?"

???: "What do you mean?"

'Okay there's the second one'

"I mean what does me being bloody and beat-up have anything to do with me being cool?"

???: "Well it just does"

"Uh huh"

Waiter: "Excuse me are two going to be ordering anything or are you just going to be drinking water"

"Oh uh sorry i'll have the"

AS Y/N looked at the menu he tried to find something that wasn't expansive and was kinda expecting the girl to order something before him but she still just stood silent and just looked at him the whole time, it even made the waiter kinda uncomfortable with how she kinda was just there the whole time

"Uh i'll just take a bunch of fries and a water"

???: "Me too!"

After taking both of their orders the waiter wrote them down and then walked off saying that he would back shortly leaving Y/N alone with the girl who he still didn't know the name of

"Hey can i have your name"

???: "It's-"

Waiter: "Here you go the cook had some spare fries in the back someone left without taking them so you can have them and here's your cup of water"

"Oh uh thank you"

???: "Thank you!"

Afterwords the waiter did a small bow and walked away, again leaving Y/N the girl alone with the plate of fries that they got and then Y/N kinda just looked at it, it was quiet some time that he ate cooked food even if it was fast food cooked and when he looked up he saw the girl doing the same thing she been doing the whole time and was just staring at him, it looked like she was waiting for him to eat before he grabbed a fry he just stared down the girl to see if she would do anything at all, after awhile Y/N stopped waiting and went to grab a fry and then ate it only to look up and see the girl also eating one
