Author's Note:

The last chapter was pretty short so I apologize if it was too short for your convenience, I was just very sleepy when I was typing that.

BTW Sorry if this chapter came out soooooooo late, it was because I was lazy and I had a lot of things to do A.K.A school.

School isn't the best thing in the world, people(talking to adults here)!

Sorry if I offended any adults that don't think that way but I'm the type that voices out their opinions no matter what they say so if you find anything offensive in my notes and maybe the reason you find it offensive is because you do it then blame yourself :)

Peace to all you free people!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The school bell rang like mad. Everyone rushed out the doors, down the stairs, out the doors again, and to the school gates. Everyone rushed down like there was some celebrity waiting for them. And that celebrity was their house.

Raina, however, slowly got up, sleepily walked out the doors, down the stairs, out the doors again, and staggered to the school gates. She didn't do much at school today, just a bunch of quizzes and tests, but it was still very boring. But soon as she set foot outside the school campus her face brightened, then she started rushing to the park. The park she was going to wasn't any ordinary park. This park was filled with her memories, what you could say her childhood. She grew up in this place. Whenever she felt lonely in their big house(mansion, castle?) she would always escape here and sing songs. Despite her behavior, she had a beautiful voice. People really shouldn't judge by looks alone.

A few minutes passed and Raina was still there. Slowly closing her eyes, she almost fell asleep. She decided to sing one more song after she leaves. This song was special though. She put all her feelings into it. If you were lucky enough to catch her singing right now it would have been the saddest moment in your life, for in this song she was crying out all her feelings. It was lovely.

Raina sat up and shouted ”I feel that tomorrow's gonna be a good day!” and tomorrow was going to be a good day because coincidentally, Miles was listening from behind the big oak tree.

Raina didn't know. She didn't even notice him at least a little bit. The reason she didn't know was because Miles didn't even bothered to get up and tell her that he saw everything. He didn't make a single noise. He was entranced. Who would've known that such a beautiful voice existed. It was like seeing an angel. You wouldn't want to get up and tell everyone you saw an angel wouldn't you? Unless you were someone greedy or someone who had a grudge on the little angel, you wouldn't dare do any harm to the angel right? That wasexactly how he felt. Every single day, Miles would just keep quiet and glance at Raina. He fell in love. If you look closely, her beauty knows no bounds. She was extravagantly beautfiul.

After a while, Miles decided that he would talk to Raina. He was determined to get to know this little angel. He wanted to share in her suffering, for when she was singing, it sounded like she was crying for help. She wanted freedom. He could tell that she was suffering alone, and he didn't want that.

"Miss! Your late for school!" cried the maid

"WHAT THE HECK! WHY DIDN'T YOU WAKE ME UP?" screamed Raina

"I'm sorry but you just didn't wake up and--"

"Gotta get to school fast!" Raina rushed past the maid and left a gust of wind that made the maid's dress dance around.

She ran so fast that she was running towards the wrong direction and soon found herself in a forest. The forest was big. If you weren't the survival type, you wouldn't have made it at least half through the forest. After a while she got lost shoving her way through the low branches, she found a big house, a little bit bigger than hers.

"Wow! This is one big house!" She peeked at the nearby window and saw someone who appeared to be sad.

"Young master you are a genius! Did you come back from school? Did you do well?" said one of the maids.

The other maids were clapping and smiling at him. As he went up the enormous stairs up to his room Raina couldn't help but notice his sad expression. That expression that was screaming "help me". Like he wanted freedom. She couldn't help but do something.

Raina climbed up the mansion's wall and succesfully passed the guards. If she can't get past these security guards and 10 measly security alarms she wouldn't be able to survive her own house. She climbed up the Narra Tree right next to the 3 seperated windows. Each window has a gap seperating them from each other so the boy she saw must have went in one of the rooms connected to one of those windows.

*Might as well try* thought Raina. Raina grabbed onto the tree and sneakily climbed her way up. She scanned all three windows and she saw a boy with hazel-colored hair read a book on his bed. While he was reading, he was holding back a few tears. Like there was anger in them. Anger and sorrow that was never meant to be shown. Raina couldn't stay put any more. She wanted to barge in through that window and give him a shoulder to cry on. But it was not that simple. She didn't want to butt in like the stranger she was. She was just a mere outsider. It was as if they were in a battle and a bystander that neither of them knew, stepped up and told the other to stop. Would you do that? Raina wouldn't. She would if she wished. But she'd dare not.

After a while of staring and watching, the boy stood up and faced to Raina's direction. Raina hid. He saw her anyway and said, "Come out! I know you're there, the question here is how did you get inside?"

Raina slowly peeked outside and said, "You're a clever man you are."

Raina slowly came out and brushed her shirt. His eyes widened. It was the girl he heard the other day. The girl with the beautiful voice. "So.. are you going to call your guards now?"

"I'm not that unreasonable." He replied, planning on teasing her a bit, "but you didn't answer my question. How did you get inside?"

"I'm pretty good at escaping from the elite of the elites. It's just the result of running away from my grandfather."

He chuckled, "you're pretty funny" he stood up and touched her hair, "Rana."

Rana blushed and jumped to the branch of the tree. "See you at school." He said while walking towards the door.

His door slammed shut. Rana was worried about what's going to happen tomorrow. She knew tomorrow's not going to be a great day.
