"Hey my baby," Randy said, holding Grace and kissing her forhead

"Hi daddy," she whispered as she pecked his lips

"I called mom and dad and told them to meet us at your parents house, so after the show, we'll go there and we'll tell them that we're engaged," he said and she smiled and rubbed his oiled shoulders

"That's fine," she admitted and pecked his lips as he went to wait for his match at the guerrilla

Grace bit her nails nervously. They were on their way to her parents house and she was about to tell them that she and Randy got engaged, hell, their parents didn't even know they were back together, god this was gonna be a long night

"Hey baby!" Grace's dad called happily, as his daughter came through the front door

Grace noticed that Randy's parents weren't here yet, yikes

"Did Bob and Elaine call you?" She asked and her dad and mom nodded

"They're coming over apparently, I dunno why they would after that no good- hey Randy!" Her dad said, cutting himself off as Randy walked in after her and gave them a sheepish smile

"Babe, can I talk to you?" Her dad asked, gripping her elbow and she nodded

"What's he doing here?" He asked and Grace bit her lip rubbing her arm, watching where her mom was talking with Randy

"We're back together," she replied, leaving out the big news until Randy's parents got there

"Dad, he makes me really happy and I love him, you know that," she defended

"Baby," he said, running his fingers through her hair and then he pressed a kiss to her hair

"I know you're making the right decision, I have no reason not to believe that, I'll shoot his ass if he hurts you though," he reminds and Grace laughed and hugged her father

They walked back out into the living room and she went and pressed a light kiss to Randy's lips and smiled at him, instantly calming him down as a car pulled up into the driveway and Randy's parents came in and Randy quickly tangled his fingers with Grace, seeing their smiles when they came in and saw that.

Grace watched Randy with a cautious look, so he had told his parents about them being back together, okay, interesting.

"Sit down guys, there's something Grace and I have to tell you," Randy said and the four parents shared a look before taking a seat and looking at their children who were smiling at each other

Grace counted to 3 in her head and at the same time as Randy, she raised the hand that her engagement ring was on and grinned widely

"We're engaged," they said in unison and they waited while their parents' jaws were dropped

"That's wonderful!" Bob yelled, coming over to hug Grace while her mom went to hug Randy

Grace casted careful eyes to her dad who was still speechless and she bit her lip as he stood up and with a serious expression, walked up to Randy

They all braced themselves and Randy looked incredibly nervous but her dad just stared at him and took a breath

"Welcome to the family son," he said, smiling widely and Randy replied it with a hug, Grace breathing out a sigh of relief

"My baby's getting married!" Grace's mom said

"This calls for a celebration, let's go out," her dad added

"Dinner's on me!" Bob said and her dad shook his head and wrapped an arm around Bob's shoulder

"Dinner's on us," they said and Grace and Randy joined their hands and smiled to each other, she felt so happy that her parents accepted the engagement and Randy's parents accepted her. This marriage to this beautiful man would be the best thing that's ever happened to her, she knew that for sure.
