Appearance:
North is tall and quite scrawny, she has harsh, ice-blue eyes, thin lips and a small nose with a scar on the bridge of it. She has freckles on the bridge of her nose, dark brown hair which is styled in a messy, short style. She wears a light blue blazer, white shirt and dark blue jeans. She generally wears pure black sneakers.

Villain Attire:
North wears a primarly creamy-brown armour. The helmet if it has molded ears and some painted blue circles above the black visor. Brown lines are speckled around the armour and a fake tail is attached on the back. The tail has a few thick, white lines on the tail tip.

Love Interest:
Cluemaster/ Arthur Brown (Or Darren Cross/Yellowjacket for a Marvel crossover)

Personality:
North is quiet, only speaking when she is spoken to. She is patient and stoic, though reckless and aggressive. She is extremely intelligent and one of the most skilled manipulators and liars in Gotham. She normally makes one plan, then throws the plan away whenever she thinks that it will fail and then acts on impulse.

Powers:
- Can manipulate anyone, even Batman occasionally
- Can control people, just using her voice
- can summon a robotic Cougar which she calls a zord, to follow her every command

Weaknesses:
- Plans fail if she can't successfully manipulate someone
- People with a strong will, ear plugs or are deaf are immune to her mind control
- The cougar is robotic and can be hacked to attack her instead.

Weapon:
North doesn't rely on just one weapon, as she believes it will hold her back if she gets trapped in a room, with a choice of weapons she doesn't know how to use, however, normally she will use a clawed glove (which is attached to her armour) or a simple pistol

Backstory:
North has neglective parents. They only payed attention to her for the first five years of her life, then expected her to thrive on her own. They didn't give her any birthday or christmas presents. It was only her friend that did that. When her best friend Brian died, all of her friends left her, revealing that they were only friends with her to be close to Brian. She decided that becoming a villain and getting revenge on her friend was the only way, so she met up with a group of people, who stole her and themselves robotic suits. They all made a gang together, promising to stick together no matter what.
