Now I want to share with you this vid I made (I've been making it since summer, it was hard with lack of time).
@AnnaRoseBloom already saw it being my VIP list of Evita fans. Yes, it's the clips from Evita set to the song "Belle" from Notre-Dame de Paris. (NO, NOT Beauty and the Beast and NO, it's NOT Hunchback of Notre Dame)
So I'm gonna explain it:
Evita is Esmeralda (that was hard to guess, am I right?)
Juan Perón is Quasimodo - Might seem weird, but considering Quasimodo was the only one who loved her truly, and if I put him as Frollo then there would be no one to be Quasi.
Ché is Frollo - OK, some of you know whom I ship LOL. And I still refuse to interpret Ché as Ernesto Guevara, so don't complain "Why does a communist revolutionary sing about God that makes no sense!" because he's not him. I was inspired by their chemistry, and also as Ché despises Eva, Claude despises the fact that he desires Esmeralda. Geez, even their names begin with the same letter, I realized it just now.
Augustin Magaldi is Phoebus - simply said, f*ckboy as f*ckboy. They both just want to spend the night with the girl, that's all (at least the movie Magaldi does, I know well that the stage version is different).
There was a problem with Fleur-de-Lys (Phoebus's fiancée) because there is only ONE clip of Magaldi's wife in the entire movie. So I blended the mistress and her into one character. Also that Fleur is supposed to be young and innocent, and the mistress portrays it better than Mrs Magaldi.
And if you want more details, the council or whatever are those guys Peron talks to are "Lucifer" and Casa Rosada is Notre-Dame. Yeah, I'm a lunatic.
I tried to match the clips with what is being sung as much as possible, but it is still not perfect (some quick clips that were not supposed to be there, but I was rushing to finish it today otherwise I would NEVER finish it).
This video is non-public, meaning only those who have the link can watch it. If it was public, YouTube would probably sue me for copyright or whatever (this whole article 13 thing).
And the audio quality was lowered as I uploaded it to YouTube, I can't do nothing about it...
