they've already settled in cliques, namjoon, hobi, and seokjin. yoongi is mainly by himself, but he hangs with the makane line because he doesn't want to get involved with drama.
the older group was pointing and giggling at them, probably gossiping. while the makane line was telling funny stories about their lives.
“once, when I was five, I climbed up a tree to save my cat, and I got stuck, I was up there for hours crying, and everyone in my kindergarten class called me a ‘crybaby’ for the rest of the year.” jungguk said.
“that's nothing,’ taehyung started, “once, when I was about eight, I wanted to try out my older brother's skateboard because, he told me I couldn't use it. that's what kids do. anyway, I managed to get it moving, but I didn't know how to stop, so I just kept going on and on and on...”
“no way, how far did you get?” yoongi asked.
“to the store in the city, about 2 miles away.”
“whoa, what did your mom say?” jimin added on.
“she was freaking out and, I remember her hugging me very tightly for thirty minutes. and she yelled at my brother for giving me access to something ‘as dangerous as a skateboard’, and I never saw my brother ride it again.”
“mine's not that much.” yoongi started to say, but everyone else got curious, “no what happened?”
“well,’ he shoved his hands in his pockets, “me and my friend we're playing, we were about seven, and my older sister had to babysit us, instead of going to the mall with her friends. and we were laughing really loudly and stomping around, until she came downstairs.” yoongi stops for a moment to laugh, “i remember her face was so scrunched up, me and my friend we're dying. but then she tried to shove me in the oven, and she actually managed to close the door.”
“you had a terrible sister.” jimin said.
“i know, anyway. I was stuck in there for like, an hour. my friend was trying to pull on the door and got it open. and just as my sister's foot was out the door, I cried and told my mom what happened, and she pulled my sister back inside.”
“serves her right, how's she now?”
“oh she's a stripper. her boyfriend is kind of her sugar daddy.”
“damn, that's tough.” jungkook said, everyone nodding in agreement.
