If your wondering why my title says that it's because I have a choker that's got a handcuff on it with chains and I had a day thing going on at my college and there was a stall with two police officers giving free bells and when my friend gave me her choker that she didn't want anymore I realised i had bells so I attached the bells on the handcuff and every time I walk around my parents are wondering if my cats are in the house but it was me making the jingle sound I always confuse my parents with it
