Chapter 14

STEFI'S P.O.V

We were going to the venue but the boys have left.  I know, they're must be in the hotel right now.  So I asked Braiden and Hailey to drive further to the hotel.

"Babe?"  Riley hugged me once I knocked our room.

"Hey..."  I hugged him back.

"How can you leave?!"  He kissed my forehead.

"I just walked for a coffee."

"You make me worried...  I really wanted to look for you but the fans were outside, we can't leave..."

"I'm sorry for making you worried, and that's fine.  I'm here now, right?"  I rested my head on his chest.

"Hey guys."  Braiden and Hailey came inside.

"Braiden!  Hoho what a surprise!"  Riley hugged his buddy.

"Hailey, this is Riley.  Bro, meet Hailey.  My guitarist."  Braiden introduced them.

"Oh what a smart choice.  I wish Stefi would join us too in the band."  Riley chuckled.

I left them for a while to change.  Seriously though, it was a rude night.  I wore my comfy shirt and jeans, still tried to look okay enough because Braiden and Hailey were here.

"So, what's up?"  We gathered on the round couch.

"Good man, thanks.  But um...  I need to talk something to you."

"Hmm?  Alright."  Riley put his 100% concentration on Braiden as well as hugging me inside his arms.  I excused them all to lie down, my body hurt so much

"With the boys?"  Braiden nodded.

"Oh, got it.  Hang on, I'm gonig to make a room call."  Riley left us and called the boys' rooms.

"Hey."  They said in unison.  It took them 2 minutes only to gather in our room.

"So, everybody's here. Start talking, Brai.  What's up?"  Connor sit by Braiden's side.

"About Richard..."  Hailey suddenly added, which made everyone staring at her.

"Hal..."  I sit and held her hand because she sit by my right.

"Richard is my Dad.  And he's a criminal."  She murmured.

"Heck no!  Of course he did!"  Thomas shouted.  "That's why he did bad things on you, Stef!"

I looked at Riley and he kissed my forehead.  "Can you explain this all, Hailey?"

"Yeah.  So he''s been leaving me and Mom ever since I was younger, probably 3 or 4.  He came in and out of my life.  Once he was consuming drugs, and the cops locked him down.  When they released him, he's drunk and...raped some girls too."

"Jesus..."  Connor covered his face.

"What we're gonna do, guys?"  Toby asked no one in particular.

"Lock him down again of course!"  Braiden answered.  "Hailey's okay with that..  Right Hal?"

"Hmm."  She nodded.  I hugged Hailey so tightly.  This must be really hard for her.

"But what about the tour?"  Thomas added.

"Connor, you're in charged?"  Riley said.

"Sure."  He nodded.  "Let's call some cops."

He stood having a phone with him.  10 minutes later, we heard some chaotic moment from outside.  Yeah, we've locked the room so Richard won't be able to meet us.  The boys had the emergency meeting to with the crew.  They set it up.  And I just passed out.  Can't hold it anymore.
