1. Stop falling for so much dumb shit, and stop believing people actually care. Don't deal with people's shit so much, especially fucking idiots.

 2. Never let Danny (other personality) tell you what to do, or choose what you do with your life. Danny is not the boss you are, you are in control always, remember what he says doesn't matter it's what you want not what he wants. 

3. Don't be such a dumb prick, you're a piece of shit, we all know you don't need to mope and cry about it like a bitch. Stop hurting the people close to you, keep your friends close to you and don't lose them like you always do.

4. Stop apologizing for all the dumb shit, just accept you did it and don't do it any more, duh.

5. Last but not least, don't like at all your differences as bad things because sometimes they can be good and they can help you. Even though you look at the multiple personalities as a bad thing they help you every once in a while and they come in handy.
