| Rules for Submissions | **PLEASE READ

Hey guys! So, I know I've talked about how to properly submit covers for my contest, but shockingly people still.don't.follow.them. So here I am again! It would be lovely if y'all could follow the rules. I know most of you do (love you guyys <3), but some don't, which makes it harder for me to find and add your covers.

I've been a part of many contests, so trust me when I say that I know the feel of wanting to see your cover added to the entries. I've also had my cover not added into the contest at all, so I know how it bad it feels to have worked so hard on something only to have it not even be considered.

Because of this, I try super hard to collect each and every one of your covers and add them to the entries as quickly as possible. With that in mind, please consider the following tips and try to make the process a little easier for me.

#1 - Don't nag!
• If I have liked the chapter that your book is in I have seen your entry. If it's not in the entries, then just be patient and wait; I'm probably just busy and didn't have time to add it (because yes, I do have a life outside Wattpad). If your entry is still not added at least 2 days after you've submitted it then let me know via pm or comment

Ex. — "Hey Tiana! Not sure if you've gotten my entry. I submitted it a while ago via *insert method*. Let me know if there's been any problem. Thanks!"

Chances are I have collected your cover and just haven't added it, but hey, you never know, so I don't mind you reaching out to check on the status of your cover (again, after 2 days of not seeing it).

*Please don't spam me after an hour because it fills up my notifs and makes it hard for me to see the people tagging me for the first time.

#2 - Put your username on your cover
• When I add in covers, I often write the corresponding username based on what's written on the cover. The process goes a lot faster when the usernames are actually written on the cover.

• Secondly, the username helps me know who's cover is who's after I've collected them. I usually compile them into a folder on my phone, but I get a lot of entries and it's hard to keep track of them. By including your username I can easily identify your cover and won't have to blindly search my emails, pms, and mentions for whoever sent that particular cover.

#3 - Follow instructions!!
• One reason that your cover might not have been added is because you didn't follow instructions or your cover doesn't meet the requirements of the contest. Usually I will express this in a comment, but sometimes I have to take time to decide whether to accept the entry or not.

• To prevent this, please make sure to read the requirements of each contest fully. If you do make a mistake, please acknowledge so and reach out to me. If it's a minor issue, I won't mind looking past it :)
