Chapter 13: A little fun behind the scenes

As soon as we landed, there were thousands of fans waiting for us at the airport. It was hard to get through. We even needed some security in order to get through. Even though there were a lot of fans pushing us and asking for autographs, I saw how Amy was signing a lot of them.

She was once again behind us with only one security by her side. We were already near our car that was supposed to bring us to the convention, but Amy was doing her best to make the fans happy and was taking pictures and signing all their autographs.

“It’s quite amazing how she can endure such a bundle of fans, but she’s going to get killed out there!”, Jared yelled as we came in our car.

I was about to get her, but Sebastian said, “I’ll get her.” And with that Sebastian came out of the car and tried to get through the fans.

A couple of minutes later, Amy and Sebastian were on the car.

“You know, someday you’re gonna get yourself killed if you keep being that generous to your fans. I mean it’s not bad that you’re taking time for your fans, but don’t when they are practically pushing you and are ready to grab you home!”, Jensen said dramatically.

“They’re just excited.”, Amy said nonchalantly.

“I know, but still. What would you do if someone stabbed you in the back or whatever?! There are also anti-fans out there, you know.”, Jensen continued to argue, obviously worried for all of us.

“Screw them anti-fans.”, Amy said as she put her hands up to high-five me. And I high-fived back before I shook my head.

“Don’t worry, Aunt Jensen. We’ll protect Amy.”, Sebastian said, ending the conversation.

Amy’s POV

We arrived at the convention and there were definitely more people than in my first convention panel. I held my necklace once more before going out.

“So…who’s gonna be Amy’s partner for the panel?”, Jared askes as we were making ourselves ready.

I didn’t think about my partner until now. The woman from the last panel, whose name I still don’t know and who looked like she was in charge around here, went inside our waiting room.

“Amy. You’re teaming up with Misha today.”, she informed us and went quickly out the room.

“What?! But I wanted to be her partner!”, Jensen whined and followed the woman out the room.

I walked towards Misha who was lying on the couch and looking at his phone. “So, you ready?”, I asked.

I was trying to get over the fact that Misha finally told me about his problem the other day. I’m glad he told me. Though, I can’t take the thoughts out of my head who that someone could be.
