Chapter 1

" Hey Alexis!"
Alexis looked up from her laptop to her friend who was walking to where Alexis was currently sitting.

"Hey Kaylin."

Kaylin's attention was then focused onto Alexis laptop.

"Finishing late homework or something?"

Alexis sighed before drinking her iced Carmel macchiato.

"No I'm looking for a job. So far there's nothing I feel suites me as of right now. "
Kaylin nodded her head and slid into the seat across from Alexis.

"Maybe you could work at McDonald's I heard that their looking for a cashier."

Kaylin suggested, Alexis sneered at her.
"I don't have the patience for that, and besides that would be a job you took thickems."

Kaylin put her hand over her chest in mock hurt.

"I don't even like McDonald's like that, if anywhere it would be Starbucks I'm in there 24/7."

Alexis chuckled. as she started to mess with some of her brown curled hair.

"You and Starbucks, I feel like you love it more than me."

"Best friend you know you main I'd never leave chu!"

They laughed, Alexis shook her head.

"So, you heard about the whole august alsina ?"

Kaylin immediately started laughing so hard her light brown cheeks turned red.

"That was to funny!"

Kaylin wiped an imaginary tear from her eye as she calmed down.

" That chick is on some type of drugs! like who comes suing someone because their thingie is to big?"

Alexis shrugged tossing her shoulder length hair over her shoulder.

"Apparently her."

"But august bruh he is like.... I don't even know."

Alexis sighed.

"Yeah he's something that beautiful voice, that handsome face....... and that big d-"

Kaylin smacked Alexis playfully.

"Alexis!! no!"

They laugh again.

"Girl you nasty."

"Shut up."

Kaylin smiled but then her eyes widened a little.

"Give me your laptop!"

Alexis blinked.

"What why?"

Kaylin groaned

"Just hand it to me!"

Alexis slid the laptop to kaylin. kaylin turned it around and started typing.

"What are you doing September 6??"

"Nothing why?"

Kaylin smirked as she turned the laptop back around to face Alexis.

"Cause we're going to Augusts concert!"

Alexis looked at her.

" I have no money to buy the tickets I don't have a job remember and I still have to pay my fees for college."

Kaylin groaned.

"I'm gonna buy the tickets."

Alexis have her a look.
