Let me explain how this 'little' game works. You use a controller to direct your infant body until it's old enough for you to possess it - 3 years old. We only play on planets and galaxies which have average life spans of 100 or over (if you were to live healthily)
There are thousands of players, more joining every minute. I'm player 154. Our player numbers and source codes are the only thing that make our original 'body' unique. The worst part is that we're alone in our tangled lives. While we are allowed to get close to other beings, any leakage of information can affect the two of us. It can make the other a player, or can make them go mad. As for us, if it makes them go mad... It causes migraines known to pull us away from that world, or finish that game - ending our vessel's life, and making everyone they knew mourn. Or, if they become a player, you get rewarded by an extra play. I've never opened up to somebody, in fear that I would end my game early. Being the game masters' platinum player, I get infinite games anyway, so I wouldn't dare risk my current game for another later on. See, this isn't just a game. This is our way of life. And, part of me believes its only because the game masters want us off of our home galaxy, Talcutta Way. It used to be a brilliant place, hundreds of planets orbiting our sun. Arable planets, housing planets, warehousing planets, occupational planets, educational... We didn't need captive planets back then. Rumour has it when you get arrested for breaking the laws of the game, you get trialed and if found guilty, you lose all your plays - even as a platinum. I was one of one hundred platinum players introduced, but i'm the last one standing. The others fought in wars, formed rebellions. Some just got too cocky and broke a minor law. It only takes one to get arrested. The game masters needn't worry about executioners - the punishment of no gameplay is enough. Unlike most, I couldn't remember any of my first game, though I do occasionally get snippets of memories. One thing I do remember, though, is waking up to a man with a beautiful mix of brown and blue hair, tattoos littering his skin. He was lightly tanned, and I couldn't pin down the rest of what he looked like. Or who he was, for that matter. I knew I had a raging passion for him, though.

My screen warmed up to see my vessel, soon changing to first person point of view. I was small, human, pale... Slightly chubby, I might add... And I had tufts of ginger hair poking from my head. I wasn't the prettiest of offspring- for sure.
