In a field
Eyes like glass
Not even sure why
Tears dripping down my face
Kinda like rain falling to the ground
I smile
And everything stops
Screams ring out
They're angry because
This girl is dressed like a boy
Freckles on my face like a solar system
A smile filled with sorrow
A heart made of gold
My brain screaming because
I didn't want to wear that dress
I didn't want to be
Her
I didn't want to be named Jada
I didn't want to be made a girl
I didn't want this
I want to be a boy
With freckles like a solar system on his face
A heart made of gold
A smile filled with happiness
I won't have to wear a dress
I won't be Jada
