Approaching

"Oh let me check" He said as he got up and went into the locker rooms which is where the mail was held for all the residents. He came back with another letter, and a yellow envelope. You were excited for the envelope. You snatched the papers, and thanked him before rushing into the elevator with the other two girls. 

"Okay is everyone excited? I have so many valid coupons right now I could buy the both of you a full living room haha" 

"Just open the mail please" Wendy said, sighing. 

"Alright party poopers" You said jokingly, as you quickly opened the yellow envelope. Trying not to drop the ramen at the same time. Mina took the bowl from you so you could open the card easier. 

"Ah yes! my coupon arrived!" You did a small victory dance and then switched the letters to open the next one.

"Ah this is the one we're excited about, right Wendy?" Mina said

"Of course Mina" Wendy said back mocking you for being excited about a coupon.

"Alright it's from, I can't read it again. I'm assuming it's Lucas. Let me see~" You said squinting as you brought the letter closer to your eyes. You didn't know why you couldn't read the names, and it only happened to those letters too. You had to visit the doctor soon. "Oh it's not Lucas. It's my dad"

"Why didn't he call you or something, oh the elevator opened let's go" Mina said.

You retrieved your ramen from her, and left the elevator into the hallway. You unlocked the door to your apartment and everyone stepped in after taking off their shoes in the entrance. Everyone sat down in your living room, and turned on the Tv.

"What should we watch?" Mina asked browsing through different shows. 

"Just put on a random movie" You said trying to understand what the letter was before you opened it.

"Alright horror it is" Mina said choosing the first scary movie she saw.

You payed no attention to her however as you bit into your cheesy delicious ramen. You decided it was now time to open the letter. You took the papers out, revealing a medical letter. You got scared, praying that your father was alright, you read the papers.

We regret to inform you, that the resident "Jae Jin Xing" has not been attending his dentist appointments'

Thats all you managed to read before sighing loudly in relief. You quickly skimmed over the rest of the paper, that says he urgently needs to come into his appointments and has already missed five. :Wow: you thought to yourself. :My dad must hate the dentist smh:. 

"Guys i'll be right back" You said before leaving to your room. You grabbed your phone and dialed your mom.

"Hello?" 

"Ma, why is dads medical things here?"

"Oh we started mailing them to your house"

"Why?"

"I don't exactly know the reason, I just know he wanted it to be sent over there. What was the letter about?"

"He's missed five dentist appointments.."

"That's why this fu- Okay y/n, I have to go now! Have fun on your trip, and bring me a souvenir!"

"What about appa?"

"It's even more of a punishment for not going to the dentist five times now" 

"Well alright mom, I love you, tell dad I love him too, bye!"
