As I write this, it's officially been three hundred and sixty days since my last upload. What the heck happened?
To put it simply, my interests have shifted. But fret not, for I have deeply considered returning to the fanfiction scene, where I truly belong at heart. Over this year of inactivity, I've been playing video games, programming AIs, and I've generally been experiencing a wildly changing life. But now, after so much betrayal for which I can never truly apologize enough, I have decided to focus my creative flow on Wattpad stories.
I have occasionally gone to my profile page to glance over the read counts and wonder, and it is now apparent that Sigil of Humanity - The Everyday Life of Satan and Friends is my most popular story, and it has greatly surpassed my Sonic stories. However, I feel like Sonic fanfictions are my true talent, and that The Devil is a Part-Timer was just a phase.
This isn't to say that I'm leaving the TDIAPT scene, but rather that I'm losing interest in the same old story. For this issue, I desperately need the input from my readers. Should I start a completely new story about demons and stuff? Move on to Sonic-only content? I feel that there are so many directions I could take my writing in with my newly acquired skills, but continuing ELSaF is not one I strongly consider.
On November 24, 2018, the story has achieved #46 in popularity among the sizable amount of TDIAPT stories on Wattpad. I naturally love the attention, but I don't really have the drive nor inspiration to continue the story and push it to further fame.
I need to hear from the community: you. What do you want me to write next?
