Formatting Windows 7 Using Virtual Box

  first open virtual box 

  then click new in the top - left side then type the name of your account select the os type and version then put the ram then click the create a virtual hard disk  then next click the VHD in the Hard disk file type and next after that click dynamically allocated after you create the acc right click then click normal start

   then after that Locate your ISO file and click normal start  

  then select the time, language and keyboard output then Pick the windows 7 that you want.  

  then create partition sir franco wants us to make 3 partition 10gb,5gb and 3 gb then format all the partition considering the 100 mb the first one and then put password if you want then set the date and time and wait until its finished.
