Never to Old

Chapter 1: The Drive

     Hi, my name is Kyleigh Perry, It was a Friday morning, we were getting ready to pack for the trip to Disney World. Me and my best friend Alexia were getting our suitcases packed, my mom was packing other stuff like food, snacks and drinks for the road. I already knew that this trip was going to be LONG.

     "Mom do we have to go?" I said. "Yes, you're never too old for Disney you know." My mom said. "It might be fun, you never know." Alexia said. That was when I thought about what my mom said: Never too old for Disney. My mom yelled, "we're about to head out, you guys ready?" We both said yes and we came downstairs.
     We stored all of our stuff in the back of the car and we started to drive.On the way we stopped at rest areas, gas stations and other stops. The car ride was starting to get boring, until we got to Orlando. I saw Volcano Bay, Sea World and Universal. "Wow!" Alexia and I said as we passed by the theme parks."That's not the only thing exciting." My mom said. We got up to the sign and it said in big red letters, "Walt Disney World" When my mom got closer to it, she took a picture of it. "Mom, you always take a picture of that same, old sign." I said. "I take it every time we go, this is our 6th time going here since you were a very young." My mom said. We got to the parking lot and parked..
