Silent Nights

Chapter 1

Calista pov:

"Good morning Calista." My roommate and best friend Ariana said hugging me while closing her bedroom door.

"Good morning."

"So ready to party?" She asked.

"Of course I'm not going to miss out on this party!" I laughed as I put down the dirty rag I had in my hand.

"We deserve it after so long we finally have our own place to call home." She said her face portraying exhaustion.

"Your right and maybe we can find you a boyfriend now!" I told her as her face brightened up and her cheeks turned red.

"You are crazy! You know I'm not ready to have a boyfriend!" She said throwing an apple at me.

Ducking I laughed at her boldness and ran to her as we hugged and cheered we deserved this even if it meant stripping for free to pay off the loan I borrowed from the employer but Ariana didn't know this.

"Thank you Calista if it wasn't for you I would be living in the streets." She said wiping a stay tear from her eye.

"Don't cry Ana you know that this place is possible because of both of us." I said kissing her forehead.

"Ok enough of tears now let's party!" She said cheering and breaking the emotional moment before she grabbed both our purses and dragged me out the door.

Sebastian pov:

"Daddy!" I heard Nico yell from the top of the stairs as he came running down.

"Slow down Nico I don't want you to get hurt!" I yelled back at him calmly.

He was currently my only son, my wife died in childbirth and so far I couldn't find a proper nanny. So all my work I did at home.

"Daddy! Daddy!" He stopped in front on me out of breath with Toby happily wagging his tail behind him.

"Take deep breaths." I told him as I kneeled in front of him taking his small shoulders in my hands as I was holding him down.

"Ok now tell me why were you screaming." I asked him once his breathing steadied down a bit.

"There is a... there is a monster in my room." He said his eyes full of fear and shock.

"Alright, take me to your room and show me the monster I will fight it for you my prince." I said getting up and following my son up to his bedroom.

"See daddy there she is." He said pointing to the nanny that I hired last week. I had to admit she wasn't the best looking but I didn't know that my son was going to have this reaction upon seeing her.

"I'm sorry Mrs. Fillips." I said apologetically as she only looked at me with hurt in her eyes.

"Nico what do you say to Mrs. fillips." I turned around to look at Nico waiting for him to apologize.

"I'm sorry Mrs. Fillips for calling you a monster." He said innocently his hands behind his small body.

"Don't worry Nico it's not your fault that you act upon your instincts your small and in need of a mother." She said making me choke on my own saliva.

"Mrs. Fillips would you be willing to follow me." I told her showing her out of Nicholas bedroom.

I knew that Nico could be a trouble maker like his mother, but it's costing me to find him a suitable nanny for him.

Walking out of his bedroom it was to late to realize what was about to happen Mrs. fillips walked out of the bedroom first but I couldn't stop what happened next.
