The Haunting

A knock?

  Lena was getting ready to sleep,she got her PJ's on,brushed her teeth,washed her face.

But as she was pulling the covers to cover her body she heard a knock from her door."Strange"she wondered as she continued pulling the covers.And again another knock,she started to get scared as she remembered her parents went on a date night and her siblings at work.

She wanted to call her parents but had forgotten her phone downstairs in the living room.And again,a knock.

  She wondered if her siblings came home early and decided to pull a prank on her so she shouted"I know your there Lucas or Lilian!"no reply.

  She started to get anxious but curious at the same time so she got up from her bed and walked towards the door cautiously.As she turned the door handle,She felt a push.As the door flung open,She screamed!

  She saw a bent over figure showing her ribs.She immediately shut the door and ran into her closet to hide.She struggled to keep quiet as her breathing intensified.She then heard her phone ringing from downstairs.She thought of running downstairs and getting out the door but as she opened the closet door it followed by a crash.

  So she hid back into a corner.It was a quiet few minutes that then followed by a crash (again)outside the closet in her room.She kept hoping and praying for god to help her."Oh jesus please help me get rid of this hideous creature inside my house"she chanted quietly.

  A couple minutes went by and she felt confident to run out the house.Little did she know the spirit was still waiting for her outside.

  She ran downstairs reached her phone,but as she turned the front door handle.

  There was a pull on her shoulder,she looked to see who grabbed her shoulder,she looked at the hand,she was shocked of how the hand looked.

  It had Long rusty nails,pale skin that had dug into her skin.It then pulled her into the basement that she would never dare to go into .She tumbled down the stairs.The second her head hit the floor of the basement she lost consciousness.

  When she finally woke up she was face to face with the hideous spirit!
