                          2. Add this book to your public and private reading list.
                          3. Be active in the community.

                          4. Be respectful to the other members.
                          5. Not a rule but it would be great if you give us a shout-out in your board.
                          6. The password is your favourite movie. Without the password, you won't be accepted. It would change weekly. 
                          What we are looking 
                          * Organizing and planning skills 
                          * Teamwork in decision making and solving problems.
                          * Communication between members.
                          * Seriousness in the work and effort
                          * Create a united family 
                          * New ideas 
                          Community positions that you can apply for : 
                          1. Head of Administers.
                          2.  Graphic designers who will be in charge of the Graphic shop and create graphics for the community, awards and members. 
                          3. Ideas Creator, this is the one that would come with ideas for the community at the end of each week.
                          4. Talent hunters, they would be in the hunt for new and skilled members. 
                          5. Interviewers, they are responsible to create Q/A to awards winners and they would interview them.  
                          6. Editors, they would be responsible to edit chapters before publishing and to be responsible for the editor shop.

                          7. Reviewers would be responsible for reviewing winners books and for the reviewer's shop.
                          8. SMM, social media managers, would be responsible to create and run the social media accounts.
                          9. Awards managers, is responsible to make sure awards prizes are given to winners on time and to manage the awards.
                          10. CPS, community public speaker, this will be in charge to answer questions of the public about the community.
                          11. Judges for awards 
                          Departments
