Everywhere you looked at this school there were posters. Not the kind that tells you about events but that tell you about missing people. You see over the last few weeks, not one not two but three students have gone missing. I don't blame them either, this place is a dump. The posters were all round town too. I felt sorry for the parents, but perhaps they were glad since they were all three of them little shits.

One day during our break time lily and I saw this boarded up door that you couldn't get into. The only way of getting in was if you had the key or if you broke it down or something. We spent a few minutes fiddling with the padlock.

"What are you two doing over there" yelled a voice.

We turned around and saw Mrs Stone approaching us.

"Why do you have the basement boarded off?" Emma asked the teacher.

"IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS SO STOP TRYING TO GET INTO THERE" Mrs Stone said aggressively.

So I walked over to my best friend lily that was just across from where Mrs Stone and I were talking about the basement, we had started to talk about how we were going to try and get down into that basement that Mrs Stone won't let us go down into. We hadn't figured out how we were going to get down into there in that break that we were on at the time. But once school had ended lily had come over to my house and we continued on with the conversation that we were having at school.

So we had started to plan on what time we should go to the school and try and get down there, we had decided that it was going to be around 9 o'clock at night because nobody would be there at that time of night it was also going to be in the span of a couple of days that this event was going to take place. We also had to figure out what we were going to use to get the boards off the door way and they also had the door locked as well. But that was going to be easy to get unlocked.

"What do you think is down there Lily?" asked Emma.

"I'm not sure, maybe it could be a place where all the teachers go after work and have few alcoholic drinks," said Lily.

"Yeah maybe, all of the teachers have their own secret bar and nobody knows about it, apart from all the teachers that go down there," Emma said kind of happily.

So once we had thought about what could possibly be down there, we agreed to do it the following night.

We had decided to make up a lie to our parents saying that we were going to each other's house, because our parents wouldn't let us go out if we told them where we were actually going. We had also decided to take a crow bar, gloves, and torches and also some masks because you wouldn't know what could be down there.

Once we had left our houses we went and met each other in the park that was close by the school, then when we met, we headed down to the school, but we had to be a little careful because on some nights there is a night guard that wanders around the school grounds. But the door that we were trying to get into was kind of at the back of the school where not too many people went.

So we had to sneak past the guard to get there, and that was quite easy to be honest because he was at the other end where he couldn't see us. Once we had gotten to where the door was, we had to try and pry it open with the crow bar that we had with us. We also had to hold a torch, so that made it a little for difficult for us to open the door. We kept on dropping the god damn torch and that was making me just a little bit angry. We had almost gotten the door open when we heard the security guard walking near us, so we had to run and hide so he wouldn't find us, cos if he found us he would have kicked us out and told the principal that we were here and we would probably get suspended.

Once the guard had left and we couldn't hear him anymore we went and got the door open, but when we were trying to get the door open we heard some sort of whining and crying. It kind of sounded like little kids crying. But we didn't know for sure until he had gotten down there and had a look. We had a little look around and we couldn't find anything, apart from a box of snacks on the ground, but we didn't know what they were for so we just left them there. It was just really dark, brick room with only that one box in it. When we were walking out we heard the whining again, so we turned around and walked out and went home.

When we had gotten home we had talked about what we saw down there, we had started to think about what we were going to do about it. We had finally discussed what we were going to do. Then we decided that we were going to go back there another night and let them free. Because we had really felt like they had a whole life ahead of them and they just couldn't be stuck down there until something really bad happens to them.

When we had decided on a day to go back there, we went there and we saw that the boxes that were there before weren't there anymore and there was just a couple little snacks which was a bad sign because if there were more snacks there that would mean that there had been someone down here in the past couple of days. So then and there was decided to help them get free and we had kind of put blankets over some stuff that was down there, to make it look like the little kids were still there. Once we had down that we headed out of the basement to and locked it back up so it didn't look like it had been tampered with.

Once we had gotten far enough away from the school we sat down and asked the kids what their names were because we couldn't really see their faces. Because they were just dirty and disgusting. Once they had told us their names we took them back home, and let them have a shower and clean of and gave them some nice clean clothes because they didn't have any. They also said that they had phones with them and their bags but they didn't have them anymore because Mrs Stone must've taken them so they wouldn't have been able to call anyone to come and find them. So we asked them if they had a house phone and if they knew what the number was and they didn't. So we called the police station to tell them that we had found the kids that had been missing for weeks on end. After that they came to our house and took all of us back down to the station to ask us some questions and if they remembered anything. They said that they could only remember being taken and not knowing who by and where they were going.

Then the police had a look at their system to see if they were in they were, so they looked at the number that was there and tried calling it and one the parents answered and they were told what had happened to their child and they did that for all of the children and their parents as well, then they came and picked their kids up and gave us a ride home and thanked us for finding them and bringing them here because they were so worried about what had happened to their children. After that we were on the new saying that the kids that were missing had been found by other kids that went to the same school and there was a reward for the each of us.
