Chloe's pov:
The sun arose once again, releasing me from my dream is a wide awake Eli. " Chloe get your ass up, we have best friend things to do " I groan and sit up practically slouching on my bed . " I know that command from anywhere " I than roll my eyes and mock my alpha, Charles whenever he wanted to talk as he would say " we have important business to discuss " I chuckle at the thought off him saying that so early in the morning.
I roll out off my bed, almost landing on my bare face if it wasnt for my legs " why does he wanna talk to the pack so early " I scoff, alpha Charles makes my blood boil, " you see my darling best friend, he hates us all, he likes the power " I giggle as my best friend helps me over to my wardrobe.
" dress nicely my dear " Eli put on a high pitched accent and I can't help but laugh. " of course darling, wouldn't dress unprecedentedly now, would I? " it was pretty obvious I was faking my enthusiasm as I jump up and down like I just received life changing news.
" I'll wait downstairs " Eli raises an eyebrow as if questioning me if he could stay, " you have 5 seconds to get out off this room, and I count fast " I slyly smirk as Eli runs out off my room with as much pace as he can hold onto his twig but muscular legs.
I than pull a white cropped top over my head to go with my white ripped jeans. I than stare at myself in the mirror, ever since my mother's death, my father has been miserable, and him being the beta off the group wasn't helping, he always had stress, he could barely look at me. His last words to me run through my head ' you look so much like your mother ' and ever since I haven't spoke to him, I barely seen him since he moved into the alphas house.
I flatten my top as I grab a brush and race myself down the stairs, pulling the brush through my wavy brown shoulder length hair. " shall we my darling? " Eli leans against the front door frame, already open making me look at the world and I sigh " it's so early " not long after another sigh we're wolves and are racing eachother through the 'big, bad forest ' as my mother always told us. As we get closer to the pack house I go behind a tree and shift into my human self and I than cover my body by pulling on the clothes that I had in my mouth the whole time.
We walk into the pack house and see everybody in the pack looking at alpha Charles seriously.
Eli and I take a seat at the back trying to hide the fact we where late. " we are at war! " I shivered as his loud, bold ,alpha voice echoed off the walls and into my ears. ' man can this guy chill please, and thank you ' I laugh at my wolf and keep myself concentrated on alpha Charles.
" the alpha and warriors off silver moon pack will come and train us all!! " I suddenly find myself interested in the conversation the fierce oh mighty alpha was having ( note the sarcasm 😂 ) 'finally some action ' I once again giggle at the comment my wolf made but not a second later do I block her out.
" they will be arriving in an hour! We're having a party at the alpha house to welcome them! Be there !!! On time " as he spoke I could feel the glare he was giving Eli and I although I was looking at the door, ready to pounce and leave to get ready. I don't know why but I wanted to look good, as if there was someone I wanted to impress.

After 20 minuets off staring at the black tight fitting dress, that hugged my curves perfectly, it was mid thigh length and showed a lot off skin.
I opened the door to Eli's bleach blonde hair in a cute man bun and his white button up shirt cling to his body in the best areas and had on some weird plaid jeans.
He looked good. Even tho we where best friends and both reasonably attractive. We never felt feeling towards eachother.
We walked in a comfortable silence as I looked at the shining stars up above us. I twisted the door handle to the alphas house and I'm welcomed by the deep smell off alcohol and drenched in sweat bodies. The dance floor was large and had different neon lights coming out off the ground. The dj played some raging music that was horrible for my ears to hear, although other pack members enjoyed it.
" imma go get drinks " I barely hear him over the loud music, I nod my head and with that he walks through the crowd to the bar.
" Chloe good good, where is Eli?! " alpha Charles shouted to me over the music although we were only a couple feet apart. I open my mouth to answer but I feel a grip on my waist. I snap my head to see who it was and it was just Eli. " I didn't want to wait In the cue " he shrugged while shouting.
Before I could react the alpha takes my hand along with Eli's. He closes the front door behind us once we enter the cold, dark night, and stand on the steady grey wood off the porch. " what is it alpha?" Eli raises an eyebrow as if he took the words right out off my mouth.
Alpha Charles looks at the seven sports cars that pull up infront off his astonishing mansion. " that's them, keep calm, and be polite! " me and eli nod in usion as a smell off mint and caramel chocolate fill my nose.
I see the most beautiful thing in the world taking caseous steps towards us, he had black hair that was messy, as if he had just woken up, his grey and violet eyes that I was getting lost in, he was wearing a black button up shirt, his sleeves rolled up to his elbows and he left the first two buttons left undone.
He whispers in a sexy and dark voice ' mate ' I look at the hot man ahed off me as Eli's grip on my waist gets tighter.
He than speaks " get off my mate!! She's mine!! " with a growl shortly after
